Patrick PI’ve used this location three times in the past three years. At times it’s difficult to find someone to help you but the staff are helpful once they engage. The equipment was always in good working order. This last time I called the day before hoping to change my pickup time (could not do it through the app) and was immediately placed on hold “UHaul, please hold” before I could get a word in. I waited 22 minutes on hold then thought they forgot about me so I called back and was on hold for 35 minutes at which time I gave up and just kept my original pick up time. You can do better.

Jimila DThe truck we got had issues with steering and fuel gauge. Steering was very loose had to keep moving it side to side to keep in straight. Fuel gauge measured 1/4 tank but as soon as we drove off the fuel light came on so went and added fuel $45 but gauge did not move. I mentioned it to employees but they didn’t seem to concern.

Kevin KEquipment was defective, a lot of problems with steering wheel, shifter/shifting into gear. At location long wait times, also employee very rude.
JOSE AThe "fellow behind the desk" was patient in explaining to me the $100 rebate that we were to receive (from relocating your car dolly to Vallejo) behind our rented truck. I also found that we had mistakenly removed the owner's manual from the truck, which I brought back half an hour later, with his thanks.
William ECustomer service was on point. Even shared a couple laughs while in there. The system was actually down but they still made the experience friendly and satisfying. They walked me through using my U-Haul app also

Ali FThe truck was not available that I'd reserved so I had to settle on a much smaller one with no ramp causing me to have to use my friends pickup trucks. Also the small uhaul s floor was covered in dirt. I wasn't able to transport bigger items and have to hire professional movers

MICHELLE MI’ve always had a good experience when renting a motorcycle trailer. This time it was an exceptionally memorable experience. Lena confirmed that I had set up the U-HAUL app correctly for our trip. She recommended the best value for insurance safety if we needed help like with a tire flat and other matters. Brandon helped me again as he does with hooking up the trailer. He always helps me with understanding the straps that we purchased there at U-HAUL. Nice ones. Lewis on point as well always assures me we’ve got ya covered. He actually had personally installed a hitch for my Subaru years ago for my e-bike. The trailer is a streamline design that makes towing easy for me and my wife does not worry. She’s a former Insurance Lawyer. We are now senior retires who invested in a Vespa that we vacation with in Pacific Grove. We tootle around so far from home and grateful for the springs road U-HAUl Team. When I take the trailer back it’s so easy with the U-HAUL APP. The super nice gent said to me that you’re all good just drop off and done. It’s an easy set up. We live in Benicia and appreciate the location of the U-HAUL service. As a boomer is fun. I always remember the marketing as a kid in the back seat looking for U-HAUL trucks with the different states of traveling. Thank you, Randy & Debbie

Matthew Bwas charged a safe move. when explicitly told them i didnt want it. they said not to worry that they will take it off. they folded the paper receipt multiple times and once i opened it it was still there. i told them and they said not to worry that it will go back to my card. it never did. and currently going to contact my bank. about this fraud

Ramon TI was charged 21 dollars for going 3 miles. They said the reason was because the tank wasn't at 3/8 mark and was at the 1/2 mark. How does going 3 miles require 3 gallons of gas?

Greeted with a smile and offered assistance, wait time was less than 30 minutes, answered customer questions, allowed customers to ask questions in order to fulfill their needs. The Receptionist - Cashier has a lot of knowledge about her job and the business.

ANNA CThe truck was absolutely disgusting. It smelled like a public bathroom inside. The steering wheel itself was sticking to my hand and leaving residue on it. The employees were both very unprofessional I will leave it at that as I feel if it’s not apparent as to how they behave themselves in a place dealing with the general public either it’s being ignored or the management encourages it. I would definitely not recommend this location to anyone if they asked.

George CThe worst experience ever. I will never use u haul again i got charged $150 for leaving the keys in the vehicle since I was never told where the drop box was for after hours drop off. Offered to come get the keys out myself and the rude woman hung up on me. Why didn't the insurance I paid for cover the keys or even the roadside assistance cover to open the truck. My own insurance wouldn't charge nothing to slim Jim the door in less than a minute . The worst uhaul customer service lady ever. Wouldn't even give me her name.

Theresa MHad a 7:30 am reservation for a truck. Arrived at 7:20 and rental agent was nowhere to be seen, work keys and phone on counter. After waiting several minutes I went and flagged down the lot agent to find the rental agent. He went into the back office and told her we were waiting to get our truck. She told him to have us scan the QR code to use the mobile app. I asked him what QR code? He went back into the back office where the rental agent was and brought out a sign with a QR code. It was all the same information I filled out the night before on the app. After another 5 minutes the rental agent finally came out and gave us the keys to the truck. Had to remind her we also reserved a furniture dolly and moving pads. She finally got them. We went to get truck and it was blocked in by another truck. I went back in and told the agent the truck was blocked in. She said she would have to give us another truck. She gave us another truck that had water inside the driver’s door step and a broken emergency brake lever. It had no gas and yellow gas light was on. She told us to go out in gas. We went to the nearest gas station and started to put gas in the tank. Gasoline started pouring out of the bottom of the gas tank, which had a hole in it. We went back to U-Haul and told the rental agent the truck was spilling gas out of the tank. She said that people have been drilling holes in the tanks and stealing gas. Finally, after another 10 minutes they gave us a different trucks it was now 8:15 am. This truck onku had 1/8 a tank of gas and she told us to go put gas in it and they would credit us for the gas as long as it was returned with 1/4 tank. When we returned the truck that night. Lot agent told us she didn’t give us a furniture dolly and they wouldn’t charge us for it. Rental agent told agreed to credit our account for the $ 3.17 of spilled gas plus the $10 credit for having to fill truck to 1/4. I have rented from this location previously but the morning female agent was a joke and seemed like she’d rather get paid to have people use the mobile app instead of making sure customers were given good service and safe vehicles. Never renting with U-haul again.
