The unit needs new wiper blades.
Douglas HLock mechanism was broken. Was able to lock it but had to use a bungee cord to secure the horizontal latch
heather kThe ez after hours was a nightmare. Took 45 minutes due to problems with your systems. Then phone died and had to wait a while. Then more problems... location itself was fine. Wasn't thrilled I was charged for a few extra miles when p/u location was further away and increased miles and time.

There was only one employee I Tried getting help and no one ever came to the counter to help me. Also; it’s so ridiculous that I pay by the mile but there are no other locations closer with garunteed rental so I pay for 30+ miles just to get the truck to/from the store
AMANDA MThe 8' x 12' double axel trailer should crank stand. The tongue is very heavy to place on a hitch.

She was so nice and understanding, she made the entire rental process a breeze and its clear she does her job happily and extremely well. You are in great hands when you choose this Uhaul location! Jillian VI was happy with the overall experience. However I didn't really get the breakdown of the bill explained. When I picked it up the asked how many miles I would be traveling. I estimated 70. (Somehow 100 miles is included at no extra charge for $89. a day). I had the $19.99 a day reservation with $1.09 per mile. I drove 71 miles. When you return the equipment it's just a drop off. They do not go over your final bill. They inspect the vehicle, check the milage and gas gage when returned. (always fill it yourself before returning as they charge more if they have to fill it.) Then they send an email of the bill for your records. This bill is charged your credit card at the end of transactions. It made no sense to me. It had both the $89.00 rate and the $19.99 rate with milage. So which one did they use. They said I saved $8. and change but I didn't see where. When I broke the bill down both ways, the final bill didn't add up either way. I was no big deal. It was only $112. total but either way it was never explained or detailed on the final statement.

DAVID GStaff at Vestal U-Haul is very good, but the equipment is in very poor condition. Strap locks are too rusted and take a lot of time and effort.
Muhammad ZI was in a jam and Uhaul was there to rescue me! Grateful that their prices were reasonable and service was excellent! Also that I was able to return the truck and dolly even though the drop off location was closed! Smooth process, very helpful app, completely satisfied with the whole experience.
