Eric F.I had put thru a request several weeks ago for a 15 foot truck. When I arrived at the U-Haul location on Saturday morning, I was informed that there were no 15 foots trucks available. I had to settle for a 10 foot truck which resulted in making multiple trips for the move. I do not understand why I was not informed prior to Saturday. If I had, I could have reached out to another location. NOT HAPPY !!!

My sister had just passed away, and I needed a truck to move her furniture; they both were extra considerate. I am not surprised, I've used this location in the past, to move my kids back-and-forth from college, and they've always show their A game.

Susan M.1 The UHaul website where I originally expected to get a truck from was changed on the morning of pick up, causing delays. The phone message received that morning said the original site did not have that size of truck, which contradicted what uhaul.com indicated. It was a last minute scramble having to adjust. 2. The check-out form on uhaul.com asks for a pickup time and a lenght of time needed estimate. I put in 14 hours for a round trip, which was accepted. The agreement form reduced this to 11 hours, while the return/check-in states 9 PM is the return time. I wasn't charged a late fee which of course is the bottom line, so not a big deal. But your check-in time software modules are not communicating with each other. 3) The UHaul pick-up damage assessment is somewhat . . . adversarial. Not sure I have a suggestion of how to do this differently, but I took pics of the whole truck and had several dings and scraps marked. 4) Appreciated Andy's help at 1550 with changes to moving supplies.
Martin B.I was made to wait as the manager was too busy with some other personal work. When I returned the pickup the manager wouldn't get up from his seat to check the vehicle to give me the receipt. I filled up about 2 GL of fuel before returning the vehicle and that's all it should take for 14 miles! . I have the receipt for gas. However, I received an email receipt after 3 hours and I was overcharged for additional gas. Unethical and unprofessional service!!

JEFFREY H.The worst moving experience. When I went to pick up the truck, I had to wait 30 minutes because there was no one at the location and the doors were locked. The customer service was abominable. The next morning, I accidentally locked the keys inside the U-Haul. I went back to the pickup location to get the spare, and the only spare they didn't have was for the truck I had. Then had to spend $75 for someone to come out to simply unlock the truck. The customer service woman I spoke to on the phone later that day said that no U-Haul locations have spares, which is not true, considering the one I went to had spares for literally every other truck. Finally, when I went to return the truck, again there was no one there. I had to wait another 30 minutes for the guy to show up, as I tried doing the return online and the website wasn't working. The most frustrating experience of my life. Seriously, the worst. Will not be using this location again.
Kevin M.I want to start off by saying how extremely disappointed I am. I went in and rented a uhaul for a couple hours. I told the guy I'm going to return the same day. He was very nice and told me all I have to do is leave the truck under the tent and then leave keys in slot and pointed to the section. I did just that. I saw 2 police officers when I returned the truck sitting inside of a nearby uhaul around 10ish at night. I dropped the key in the slot and left. When I see my final statement they charged me 2 pay periods when I dropped off vehicle the same day. I called the store the worker there told me you need to call customer service they are the only ones that can help you. I call & when I call them they said "did you read the contract? " ..... what do you mean? "The contract states you have to go online and log into a website if leaving after hours " I go check and it's in fine small print on the 3rd page that was emailed to me because I wasn't given this at the location in hand. I told her I followed his directions. If I needed to login somewhere I would have done so but I was never told about this ! I've never rented a uhaul. She SD that's too bad we have to buy when the keys were retrieved. I cannot believe that they will have these sneaky practices. They charged me double on everything for a 2 hour rental. 230$ I'm so upset ! This is unethical & yall are thieves. You guys can clearly pull the video and see I dropped it off . I could never rent from them again . They didn't want to return my money or help me understand how you guys will omit telling me this!

ALEX W.Well for starters I made a reservation at BP gas and they called me that the boss had an emergency and took the van. I guess since it is there van and their a third party they can do that? or if a van is reserved people can just grab it with no regard. Not sure The great thing was the other location was available. I went over but they did not have no dollys. Which was very disappointing but the service their with the gentleman was clear and communicative.

DANIEL B.This was not a two day charge, I had van back at appropriate time and they checked it in after it was already dropped off. Only should have a 1 day charge. Will call tomorrow. I have had this happen several times and I am fed up with the process. I will be switching companies. It is a 19.95 rental rate. They ask for a time to double dip on my rental. Seriously a problem I can't believe you allow. A renter of trucks and vans at least 25 times per year. You are now loosing my confidence in you as a company. Change your policies and stop gouging the public. I will look for response and won't blast you on social media until I see your response. This is the 3rd time your tactics have tried to make me pay for 2 days for a 8 hour rental. Sick of this practice

Brian H.The pictures on the vehicle I rented were out of date and there was additional damage on the van I rented and after I returned the vehicle, instead of updating the amount that was due and charging the appropriate amount, which is what every other uhaul I have rented in the past has done, they sent a bill because they charged my account too soon and then when I emailed them to find out how this happened, I never received a response back. I am not overly surprised that this location would look for any additional charges since the manager made a point to tell me that I had to sweep the entire van before renting it or be charged extra for them to do their job and clean the vehicle between rentals.

Audrey F.I have used this location approximate 5 times over the past few years. My reservation pickup has NEVER been smooth. In the past trucks have not been there or have not been ready. One time, the worker just didn't show up tothe store on time. THIS time, we arranged for a mobile pickup at 8am (prior to opening hours). Knowing this location is typically disorganized, I confirmed twice in the days leading up. Guess what? We showed up at 8am as our reservation stated but were unable to pick up the truck. We spoke on the phone with 2 customer service folks who were very polite but suggested we wait until 9am so we could be handed the keys. The kid in charge said it was our fault for not giving correct information online. How can that be, if we had multiple confirmations? Once, or even twice, I'd be willing to say it is customer error... but it's not. It just never goes smoothly at this location. Beyond irritation, we book movers at an hourly rate... UHAUL's disorganization costs us dearly every time. Frankly it's infuriating. Great equipment, great online / phone service, very poorly run location.

He was helpful with questions and directions on where to park. Having the truck running on such a chilly morning with the heat and defrost on full blast was a plus! He was there when I returned the truck as well and was just as great while even busier. The name on the receipt is Angel Rodriguez so I hope I got that right!

Melissa C.I believe it's the closest one to us. Not easy to get to. Not very appealing, feeling more like truck stop. The "office" looks more like a city storage room/closet. I suspect some people would not feel safe. On a positive note, the truck was clean, tank filled, ready to go, and performed well.

She spoke fast and was generally impatient and unwilling to help review the damage section which would not populate on my mobile device as she expected As I struggled to see this information and ask her to slow down with the rant about the process I raised my hand to instruct her to stop. At that point she said “I was dead to her and she would not talk to me anymore†there was another employee in the office during this time Chris who I asked if he heard this conversation he took it upon himself to direct me outside and personally walked around the truck reviewed each damage and it's cleanliness and told me that he would take care of things. In my business I deal with the public all the time this is no way to treat the public this should've never happened this Wanda should not be dealing with the public EVER.
