The lady who met me at the truck was very rude. The moment she opened the truck she snapped "Fold those blankets!" Having just lost my parents, I really wasn't in the mood to be snapped at. Also, for the $700 it cost me to rent this filthy bag of bolts, she could fold her own blankets.

The only disappointment is that I had reserved an appliance dolly, the counter person said they had none, and I had to use a utility dolly to move a washer, dryer, and refrigerator. I was able to do it, but with considerable extra effort.

I reserved a 10 foot truck a week in advance but the store manager changed it to a 15 foot and never even called me. When I went to pick my truck up the guy at the register was rude. Will find a different location to rent from and will not give recommendations.

The truck has some issues....the alignment is terrible and it’s hard to keep the truck in the driving lanes. There are several questionable noises from the engine and possibly drivetrain. The airbag light stays on. The location and staff are amazing - easiest location I’ve ever used and they make everything difficulty free. I know they don’t control the vehicles, however, this one may need to be retired :)

Equipment was excellent, but staff all seemed like they were having a bad day - everyone was a little gruff. No one said anything inappropriate, but in this Disney culture of ours, we've come to expect the customer-facing part of businesses to be relentlessly cheerful. I definitely didn't feel that today.

Keep it up! Very affordable! The staff were very professional and not overly spoken, which is usually (in the southern cutler considered rude) considered rude around this location. No small talk and right to business. “Moving day is every day in hell, and it takes about a week of stress until that day arrives”, Someone once told me. I had a million things on my mind to have a move that was as smooth as I could make my local transition. I had to change my pickup date probably four times, and this location had the availability and patience to deal with my needs. I was in and out of the store front/lot with my requested twenty foot truck in less than ten minutes just after this location opened for business. The equipment was in excellent shape, and the return procedure was painless. The dolly provided with the truck did most of the work, to be honest. I highly recommend anyone locally moving to use this provider if geographically convenient. Keep it up!

The only issue I had was with give movers hired through your website. They were an hour late, took a 45 minute break, left a fairly large amount unpacked (resulting in multiple trips to va & tn, back & forth) & they stole a $70 bushnell flashlight from me.

I will only ever use the U-Haul locations and not these used car dealerships that have limited equipment. The Knoxville dealer was perfect. Staff was helpful and super fast. It was so much better dropping off here than where I had to pick up. Great location!!!

The previous renter was a smoker and had left ashes in the cup holder. I understand that it is practically impossible to monitor everyone that rents equipment, but I am not a smoker and the smell was very apparent to me. Other than that everything was great. The staff was courteous and very helpful. I would definitely use U Haul again. Thanks

My problems were with the phone reps and whoever handled my online reservation. The truck was fine. The after hours pick up was a total disaster. It took 3 days to finally get a truck. The original paid order had to be cancelled and a new order was placed and paid for. They charged my account for the first truck and held that money for 5 days. It was the worst move ever because uhaul didn't know how to resolve my issue. Arrived at new location 3 days late.

I made the reservation a week in advance for the truck and an appliance dolly. When I arrived at the location I was told they did not have an appliance dolly for me. This upset me because I had made the reservation so far in advance and there was no attempt to contact me before hand to let me know that the equipment not being available. The staff at the facility, which I’ve worked with before, were very friendly and tried to be helpful. However excuses about people stealing their equipment and things not being brought back did not help me move my appliances. I asked them not to charge me for the appliance dolly and to give me a utility dolly for free as compensation. They did that. I also had to spend $15 at a store to get the wraparound straps for the appliances, which was an extra cost I did not plan to incur. When I checked out on the mobile app I did notice that in the utility dolly had been charged to me. But I hope that will be fixed before the final bill is tallied. Otherwise I’ve always had great customer service at U-Haul.
