I moved out on the 11th. Told the official UHaul employee who saw the empty, cleaned out storage and said I was all good and I asked if I need to let the office know I'm out and he said no and that he will let them know. Then I get a call that my rent is due ( told her I moved out in the 11th)and on this questionnaire it says I moved out on the 29th!?!?

Had a reservation at 1030 was early. Arrive at 10ish didn't get through the line until 1045 to 11ish. Would suggest a express line for reservation or separate trucks service vs trailers. I know it was a busy day for Saturday however it was cutting into rental times with customers waiting in line for that long

There is always an hour long line at this location so clearly the staffing needs to be addressed. One staff member was obviously having a bad day and was taking it out on all around her with her bad attitude. Then the truck I reserved online and tried to pick up through my phone ended up being given to someone else before I could get the keys. All together it was a disaster.

Our experience was a complete nightmare. The employees kept giving the wrong trailers/ trucks to customers and they set us up with a truck that didn't even have keys after having us wait 40 mins in line to even be helped. The service was terrible. I will not be renting from this location again. I've never had this kind of experience before. The employees need to be trained better.

Moved from Southern California with a fully loaded 26 footer. Was not sure if the size unit I chose was going to work - it didn't. It was obvious that I was going to need a bigger space. They were able to shift me to a larger space with no problem. Plus once I get settled and have time to go through what is in my storage and eliminating excess, I can downsize with no issues should I decide to do so. Flexibility is real important and having options is also important. Thanks for everything.

So the customer service in the store was great, however trying to get through to anybody on the phone was not. I had to do an after hours drop off for the truck, the app glitched at the end. Also I only drove the truck 22 miles and that is what I was charged for. And because every time I get a U-Haul I always put in way more than what I use I put in 6 gallons of gas. But yet I was charged extra for it being less than it was when I took it. There's no way that's true but yet I couldn't get anyone on the phone other than the main customer service. Also I rented some of the dollies and I had asked which they would recommend, because I originally selected the appliance dollies, and they said that would be best, but I was moving into a third floor apartment with no elevator. So the dollies weren't even useful because they just made it harder to get everything up the stairs because they were so heavy. So it was a waste of $30. But the customer service in the store was great. The truck was clean it ran well. I don't know what happened with the gas. It would have been nice to talk to somebody. Maybe they can check their cameras and see if someone siphon the gas? Because there's no way 22 miles used up 6 gallons of gas and then some? I've never really had a problem with that location, this was the first time I had to return a truck after hours. Will not do that again.

I was really happy with the service and understanding and help to work through my move. I originally reserved the U-Haul for 1 day, but I vastly underestimated the amount of stuff I had at my store so with about an hour before it had to be returned as we were unloading I realized we were not going to be able to get it back on time. I called, and requested another day to be added. The truck I had was already reserved for a few hours later that night. I was told I could keep it until that point and pay a prorated amount. I called about 20 minutes before the deadline for that reservation and again underestimated how much we had left to move so I called again to apologize that I was not going to quite make it. It turned out another truck was available for the other customer to take and I was able to keep the truck another day for the remaining charge of the full day. I was able to get my move done, and keep the U-Haul the length of time I needed even though I made several mistakes a long that way. I kept the communication open and you guys worked with me. A lot of places would have up charged because I was late, and I was in the wrong, but you worked it out and helped me get through the move without trying to drain my wallet. I appreciate this. I do not review or rate places generally, but felt that you deserved this because it was a bright light at the end of the tunnel with such an epic move of my store. Thank you!

The return experience was difficult because the reservation was not put in by the traffic team properly so it took almost an hour to return the vehicle and all the staff were closing up so no one wanted to help at all.

Showed up and they didn't have a tow dolly. Even though I had a reservation. Agent stated she would credit me $50 but never did. Was able to secure an auto transport trailer without a discounted rate. Waited 45 minutes for someone to help hitch the trailer. No one ever came to help. Hitched it myself and left. Unbelievably bad service here.

This was the second location we had to visit that day because the Uhaul software allowed someone to double book our truck the evening before and it was given to them instead of us... apparently this happens all the time and is unacceptable. I don't understand how you can run a business this size and not have locked in rentals - the poor staff has to apologize at every turn because they have no control.

The facility is great as well as the customer service there.. I am just not happy on how you make a reservation on line for a unit expecting to get that one when you get there with that price and you get something completely different for more money. The gal that checked me in stated they didn't have that one available. So why did I reserve it in the 1st place ? It was significantly more expensive than the one I reserved. This is the reason I only kept it for a couple months before moving my stuff out. Not happy about that as I did try to email a manager and have yet to receive a response and I moved my stuff in in October 2021. And it is now December 2021.

I must say, I honestly feel so very satisfied with the experience I had at this facility. The people working were friendly, helpful, but I was very impressed while standing in line with 10 people in front of me, the manager Brittany was keeping things moving smoothly by controlling everything and everyone with knowledge of what was happening, and all the while, smiling! And it was so good with all the waiting customers, if you were not wearing a mask, she stated it was needed, and of course if you didn’t have one, she offered one. It was refreshing to observe a person who had the knowledge, kindness and respectful demeanor to make people feel good! Thank you!!

UHaul was excellent to work with. No trucks were available when I went to rent one out but I was added to a call list to be called if a truck became available in the local area. I received a call within an hour and was able to rent a truck immediately. I only learned about the storage option at that time and that was such a convenience because we needed storage for the itmes that I was renting the truck to pick up. I was easily able to extend the truck rental by 26 hours when the timing of the move demanded it. I would highly recommend UHaul.

The gentleman that helped us when we got the unit was AMAZING. He was helpful, friendly, and gave over-the-top service! He even stayed late so we could get everything out of the truck and into our storage unit. It was a difficult move and situation, and he was so very understanding and gracious. I cannot remember his name (Jorge??) but Thank you so much! You made things alittle easier on us and we are so very grateful.

U-Haul is a broken system and takes advantage of customers by not fixing a broken computer system that is down as much as it is up. They charge fees because their computers systems fail thus they feel they are entitled to keep them. It's an essential service if you want to get ripped off.. my opinion of my experience.

So far I have not been very impressed by this company. I made a reservation for a storage unit almost a month in advance. On moving day when I went in to get my unit number they had no reservation on file and then told me that they were fully booked. After some searching they ended up finding me a unit but it was very stressful having a 20ft Uhaul in the parking lot and wondering if I have a unit to store my belongings in. Then a few days after I moved everything in they called because apparently there is a bolt missing from the lock mechanism of my unit so now I have to make time to go back down there so they can repair that. I made an appointment but then received a call to see if it can be done sooner but any time I call the facility I am on hold for a long period of time. My suggestion is once a unit is empty make sure nothing needs to be repaired before moving another tenant in there as to not inconvenience them!!

Hugh was very patient and professional. I definitely appreciate his demeanor considering my stressed out and completely exhausted mental state. Moving from state to state is hard work. I was short on sleep and short on patience which isn’t normal for me so my capacity to think clearly wasn’t real great. Fortunately Hugh was in charge so things went as smoothly as they could have. The only thing worse than having to conduct business in my current condition was hearing that when I walked out of the U-Haul facility to get fresh air, my step son said Missy said, I was a sore thumb. My frustrations were valid and although I expressed them, I don’t believe I was abusive or blaming to anyone in the process. Missy would do well learning to keep her personal opinion to herself and focus on customer satisfaction. I’ve always used U-Haul for moving and have never had a horrible experience; and, even though the truck got a flat tire and my storage wasn’t secured online like I had thought, the worst part was hearing I was insulted behind my back but in front of one of my children. With that being mentioned I just want to note, “Thank you for your tolerance Hugh! I can totally see why they leave you in charge” and “F#€k off Missy! Everything is great except the parking. I’ve had trouble finding parking for loading/unloading because non-storage customers use those spots near the loading doors.

After renting storage facility for over 10 years. I was sadden to see that when I went to empty my storage room, my key no longer opened my lock. when i had the locked drilled, which I paid $50 to have done, when I opened the storage door my space had been ransacked, my Texaco collectibles where stolen, my grandsons electric train set had been stolen. This was heartbroken, that I had paid every month for my items to securely stored. They have cameras all over the facility which leads me to believe that this was your personnel that broke into my storage unit and stole my items, and replaced the lock, hoping that no one would find out. I will let everyone know on social media to BEWARE and not use your storage or any uhaul storage facility.

The employees were rude and there was no flow for cars. I was constantly having people in the way to include the email who refused to move so that I could access my unit. I will NEVER use this facility nor recommend it to anyone!

The UHaul facility was slammed when I got there. I had to wait in line for about 20 minutes, but the part that really impressed me was the attitude and kindness of each one of the employees as they worked with many types of customers under high stress. This facility was terrible and caused huge anxiety attacks due to the poor design and layout of the units. Additionally there was no way to turn around in a huge 26' truck and nobody was willing to helpful. Will never rent from here again or recommend!!
