The sliders on the appliance dolly I rented were not operational and as a result I damaged a threshold. There were at least a dozen dollies available, staff should had selected an operational piece of equipment for me. (I was not allowed to choose) Also, when I brought this to the attention of staff when I returned it they apologized but did not offer to make things right

I was sent to this location due to the others location Rental condition. My 1st Rent location: The truck had parts missing and gas was taken out of the truck, I was asked if I would still drive it. I wasn't sure if that was a joke or not, but NOT safe or legal. A good way to get a ticket and crash possibly not knowing what's wrong with it. As far as Andresen Location goes, the staff there was very nice professional Kat and the Manager helped me. Would recommend Andresen because of those two.

Long check in and check out time. Was returning my truck close to closing time and staff had attitude when the contract came up wrong on their end and I had the correct contract with me that I got at pick up. The staff weren't interested in what my printed contract said and wanted to charge me additional money for miles I had alloted.

Not have the 3 people in the store behind the counter all run out with varying degrees of "I'm on lunch, my shift is almost over, I'm not trained behind the counter" when a customer walks in. The lady that finally did help me was nice and the lot people were helpful coming and going. I've consistently had good experiences at this location, but c'mon millenials.

Please add to your address description location the words ( Intersection of Burton Road and Andresen Road ). My GPS unit in my truck sent me , one mile north of there , totally wrong. Not the first time a GPS made a mistake. The address was totally correct. That cost me 20 minutes. Thank you.

I marked that the unit was clean and maintained however, a faulty door latch caused the door to open while in transit and we lost some items. The manager made it right with us so I will be back for future.

Overcharging prices, I was charged 206$ for a 26' truck that was driven exactly 1.4 miles round trip before exchanging it for. 15' truck, which i was then charged 62$ upon return for mileage and safe move fees, then charged $177 for the 15' truck, along with a 44$ unknown charge with no explanation even though I filled the gas tank to a point exceeding what it was upon pick up. None of the charges make sense, overall I paid 400$+ for an in town move.

The van we rented was filthy didn't have the amount of gas as stated the outside of the van was so dirty then on top of the filth they charged me for cleaning so thanks never will I rent with uhaul again

Your box storage loading service via tractor trailer that blocks all trailers and I had to beg them after 30 minutes to hand dolly out of blocked area. (Would like to suggest keeping a 15' alley with box trailer/truck) thanks

Cloe was wonderful to work with as I arrived to rent the moving van. Ashley handled any issues that came up in a fast, effective and fair manner, while acting with integrity & attention to customer service. The young man who checked in the truck was considerate and helpful as well. Thank you Andresen U-haul. I ordered double axle trailer with loading ramp and was assured at each of the three steps, that is what I would get. The check out /lot man stated the tailgate would lower for a ramp. It did not. On return, manager reduced my fee by half, somewhat mitigating the inconvenience.

Even though the truck seemed a little rough with us I still know that this is my favorite location. I enjoy working with the staff. We complained to management that we felt the brakes were not good and there were a couple of other small things wrong with the truck. Ashley, the manager took care of us with such grace and I was so happy with the way things were handled. You've got a good crew there.

Equipment was clean! But unfortunately the truck we had drifted right DRASTICALLY. Not sure if it was a tire pressure issue or just because of the alignment (most likely), but it pulled right a lot and was a small strain to keep it in the middle of the road. Even when the truck was empty, it was as bad, so it wasn't really because of uneven loading.

Upon return, I was told to wait out by the rental vehicle for an attendant (had to be outside the vehicle so the attendant would be able to see me, apparently) I waited in the cold and rain for about 20 min and then decided to simply drop the keys in the return and leave. I was clearly forgotten about and had other things to take care of.

The facility is great as well as the customer service there.. I am just not happy on how you make a reservation on line for a unit expecting to get that one when you get there with that price and you get something completely different for more money. The gal that checked me in stated they didn't have that one available. So why did I reserve it in the 1st place ? It was significantly more expensive than the one I reserved. This is the reason I only kept it for a couple months before moving my stuff out. Not happy about that as I did try to email a manager and have yet to receive a response and I moved my stuff in in October 2021. And it is now December 2021.

I must say, I honestly feel so very satisfied with the experience I had at this facility. The people working were friendly, helpful, but I was very impressed while standing in line with 10 people in front of me, the manager Brittany was keeping things moving smoothly by controlling everything and everyone with knowledge of what was happening, and all the while, smiling! And it was so good with all the waiting customers, if you were not wearing a mask, she stated it was needed, and of course if you didn’t have one, she offered one. It was refreshing to observe a person who had the knowledge, kindness and respectful demeanor to make people feel good! Thank you!!

UHaul was excellent to work with. No trucks were available when I went to rent one out but I was added to a call list to be called if a truck became available in the local area. I received a call within an hour and was able to rent a truck immediately. I only learned about the storage option at that time and that was such a convenience because we needed storage for the itmes that I was renting the truck to pick up. I was easily able to extend the truck rental by 26 hours when the timing of the move demanded it. I would highly recommend UHaul.

The gentleman that helped us when we got the unit was AMAZING. He was helpful, friendly, and gave over-the-top service! He even stayed late so we could get everything out of the truck and into our storage unit. It was a difficult move and situation, and he was so very understanding and gracious. U-Haul is a broken system and takes advantage of customers by not fixing a broken computer system that is down as much as it is up. They charge fees because their computers systems fail thus they feel they are entitled to keep them. It's an essential service if you want to get ripped off.. my opinion of my experience.

So far I have not been very impressed by this company. I made a reservation for a storage unit almost a month in advance. On moving day when I went in to get my unit number they had no reservation on file and then told me that they were fully booked. After some searching they ended up finding me a unit but it was very stressful having a 20ft Uhaul in the parking lot and wondering if I have a unit to store my belongings in. Then a few days after I moved everything in they called because apparently there is a bolt missing from the lock mechanism of my unit so now I have to make time to go back down there so they can repair that. I made an appointment but then received a call to see if it can be done sooner but any time I call the facility I am on hold for a long period of time. My suggestion is once a unit is empty make sure nothing needs to be repaired before moving another tenant in there as to not inconvenience them!!

Hugh was very patient and professional. I definitely appreciate his demeanor considering my stressed out and completely exhausted mental state. Moving from state to state is hard work. I was short on sleep and short on patience which isn’t normal for me so my capacity to think clearly wasn’t real great. Fortunately Hugh was in charge so things went as smoothly as they could have. The only thing worse than having to conduct business in my current condition was hearing that when I walked out of the U-Haul facility to get fresh air, my step son said Missy said, I was a sore thumb. My frustrations were valid and although I expressed them, I don’t believe I was abusive or blaming to anyone in the process. Missy would do well learning to keep her personal opinion to herself and focus on customer satisfaction. I’ve always used U-Haul for moving and have never had a horrible experience; and, even though the truck got a flat tire and my storage wasn’t secured online like I had thought, the worst part was hearing I was insulted behind my back but in front of one of my children. With that being mentioned I just want to note, “Thank you for your tolerance Hugh! I can totally see why they leave you in charge” and “F#€k off Missy! I hope I don’t run into you during my visits to my storage. Now that you’ve insulted me in front of my family, I don’t want to have to see you again!”

After renting storage facility for over 10 years. I was sadden to see that when I went to empty my storage room, my key no longer opened my lock. when i had the locked drilled, which I paid $50 to have done, when I opened the storage door my space had been ransacked, my Texaco collectibles where stolen, my grandsons electric train set had been stolen. This was heartbroken, that I had paid every month for my items to securely stored. They have cameras all over the facility which leads me to believe that this was your personnel that broke into my storage unit and stole my items, and replaced the lock, hoping that no one would find out. I will let everyone know on social media to BEWARE and not use your storage or any uhaul storage facility.

Rented a unit on Friday, was given to someone else on Saturday. Tried to move in on Sunday. Returned to facility on Monday to get radification, asked me to come back next day after they fixed it. So Tuesday they gave me a unit. Apologized and offered two months free. Thankfully my moving truck was not scheduled for Sunday or this would have cost me greatly.

my overall experience with Uhaul was fine, until I arrived at vancouver to return the truck and get to the storage unit I had reserved. Upon my arrival, I was greeted, by a rude youg woman who was sitting behind the desk on a cell phone, who told me to go and wail by the truck and someone would be with me. After standing around for at least a hlf hour, I finally flagged down a young man who then told me I had to go inside and check in with the same woman who told me to wait outside with the truck. Mind you, I had 4 men waiting to unload the truck. By the time I arrived at the front desk, this same woman looked at my drivers license and decided the photo didn't look like me (12 year old driver's license photo, but apparently, this woman could not see the resemblance., so she asked another female coworker to have a look, as the line behind me kept getting longer. The two "Professionals" decided I should show more ID, which I did. I was not only exhausted , but by this time, I had wasted almost an hour with these people, and my crew wanted to get started unloading. Finally, another young man took over and helped us out, but by that time, I was a nervous wreck. At 70 years old, and disabled, moving under the best of conditions is difficult. By the time I left, I was in tears. No. I will not recommend the store on Andresen to anyone. I never complain like this but someone should know about the rude woman I had to deal with. It would be nice to not have to put you pass code on two keypads in order for the door to the storage to open. I haven't experienced something like that with other storages. Also, the bay doors are closed and requires an employee to open it. Inconvenient, especially when you have to wait in line to ask them to open the door if there are other customers.

Took a long time to just get paperwork done because the guy at the desk continuously was answering the phone. He then put down on paperwork and a map that I was in unit 29. I tried to pull up to the unit and got blocked by an other employee in a uhaul truck. He then got out of the truck and walked back behind the truck and did something then after 5 min got back in the truck and backed up so I could squeeze by. After then backing up to unit 29 and sitting their waiting for someone to come take the uhaul lock off so I could load some stuff in to the unit, I then had to walk all the way back to the front to get someone to come back and try and unlock the unit. Then a guy came back and none of his keeys worked to unlock the lock. He left and came back 4-5 min later and said, “oh well my mani her said your in unit 34.” By this time I was very irritated. All my paperwork says unit 29. And the guy said, “well 34 doesn’t have a lock on it.” So then I had to close up my storage pod and load up the lift gate and everything so that I could wiggle my truck around all the uhaul trucks and get the pod moved to a place that I could unload it in to the storage locker. Then I went to get the uhaul 17 ft truck that they told me I had to do all the walk around and everything from a text link. Went to open the text link and it didn’t work anymore. By this time I just wanted to get out of their and get the rest of my stuff done. So I just took a bunch of pics with my phone and left. Driving that van was very difficult. The steering was so loose i had to turn the wheel 120 degrees to get it to go left and then 120 the other direction to make it go right. The brakes were horrible I had to really push them down 3/4 of the way to the floor to even start to get a little brake pressure. I didn’t even dare to get close to 55 on the hwy or 35 on the service streets because Of how scratchy the brakes and steering was. I told the lady when I returned the truck how bad it was but she was done checking it in and processing the payment before I was even done talking about how it drove.

I haul trailer broke down twice and the first time the did not fix the the lights only the bad tire. So we had to stop and pay for rooms out of our own pocket due to faulty equipment twice.

Super helpful staff as we were using the U-Boxes which was a new concept for us. Willing to help load packing supplies into our car which was a big help. Always friendly! Recommend this location!!!!
