CAROLYN B | First ImpressionsHad this unit for over 10 years. Had to give 150.00 deposit when first rented. Hauled in small gravel because you can’t move anything on 1 1/2” rock. Gaps at back and sides. Reported mice and rats problems, nothing done. Raised storage rent 4 times in the last year. No electric in storage unit. Moved to new storage facility. Paying same price EXCEPT, it has electricity and concrete. Good luck finding another long term renter with present conditions. Plus, would not give my deposit back.
