Less a problem with the particular location, but more the Checkin process was ridiculously difficult. Neither driver’s license could be scanned, nor were any of the dozens of photographs accepted. When we contacted the help line, they had us NOT use the app and go to the website, which also didn’t work multiple times in a row. We were trying to get checked in for 45 minutes. We’ve had easier times with escape rooms than checking in to UHaul. I was late picking up our items, and this was a cross-border (US-Canada) move that involved two separate moving companies, both with time restrictions. The worst part of the whole thing was dealing with the UHaul Checkin.

Most of the trucks have warning lights for the fuel cap that are on and with the alert on the odometer screen, you can't read the mileage and so you can't do a manual after hours check out effectively have no idea what I was being charged for because I don't know how many miles I drove because it doesn't work. I brought it back after seven. Everything was closed. I checked it back in with the pictures in the app. I couldn't get through on the phone today to talk to Anybody I rented on Saturday and I still don't know why I was charged $400. It looked like I got charged the same amount twice incorrectly, which was probably $100 more than I should've been charged. It was just very frustrating and I'll try again tomorrow to reach out and adjust the billing but $400 for one day of one truck is ridiculous for local rental

Personalized experience for checking out the vehicle would be nice 😊. My reservation pick up time was changed due to the vehicle would be taken out of service at midnight so I had to pick up in the dark, let vehicle warm up for long time to clear the windows, then back out of a parking space in the dark in unfamiliar vehicle. In the past my rental was pulled out and ready to go. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful, vehicle was nice, no surprises in final price and checking back in was very easy

Since I have not found the UHaul insurance to be all that useful I wanted to know what my liability for the trailer was in the event of a total. Guessing it is not a common question. Since the company demands full payment in this event I do think it is just to tell them how much in advance.

I pulled it around to drop it off, watched the employee see me and was on the other side of building, and greeted me there, She asked about any problems and let her know and she wrote it down. She had me checked in within 5 minutes, That is what you want out of a employee.

I have used this location for many years. I arrived today after the morning (intentional) and was immediately helped. The process has become much more streamlined since the last time I visited, which is welcomed for sure. The process was simple, the trailer hookup went well, and we were on our way fairly quickly. My only area of concern was that I felt like it was assumed I had rented recently so the after-hours check-in procedure wasn't explained. Luckily, I clicked on the text message which led me to download the app and made the process very easy. Much easier than before the app, so thank you U-Haul for the app.

We wanted to thank Jeff Schwarz, U-Haul Company of North Seattle, Area Field Manager for coming to our rescue. Our truck broke down. A service came to tow the truck and that left us with no way to get the U-Haul trailer to our home. He happened to be canvassing the area where we had parked. He noticed the trailer and was concerned that it was just parked in a lot. I spoke with him and explained my dilemma. He graciously towed the trailer to our home. We were so blessed and thankful for his kindness.

Nice people but terrible turnaround time. It would have taken me 9 days to get my stuff after it arrived in Everett so I had to rent a trailer and make 6 trips (40 miles round trip) using a trailer.

Nice people, worked as hard as they could but because they are understaffed and only have one forklift I had to wait repeatedly (I had to visit the facility 6 times to pick up my u-Boxes on a trailer)

I only rented a pod and never saw the facility. I would not recommend a pod. They are cheaply made, offer no security, and the inabiliity to choose when it will be delivered, is a deal breaker.

Being unable to access uboxes on Sunday was inconvenient, since I can only make it on weekends. That being said, the staff were very helpful & accomodated me on Sunday. Very helpful. Great service.

This was a nightmare. I hired Uhaul to bring 3 Uboxes from Chicago to Washington, only to find out on the day before delivery that they won't take them the final 50 miles. DO NOT USE UBOX.

The u box wearhouse is at the back of the building. No proper sign boards. And could not figure out where the front desk is. Was standing outside for several minutes before the attendant came out.
