Since I have not found the UHaul insurance to be all that useful I wanted to know what my liability for the trailer was in the event of a total. Guessing it is not a common question. Since the company demands full payment in this event I do think it is just to tell them how much in advance.

Truck did what it was supposed to do, staff was friendly and responsive to all questions that I had. Moving houses was the only thing that I didn't appreciate about the experience. Lol. Great job.

I pulled it around to drop it off, watched the employee see me and was on the other side of building, and greeted me there, She asked about any problems and let her know and she wrote it down. She had me checked in within 5 minutes, That is what you want out of a employee.

I have used this location for many years. I arrived today after the morning (intentional) and was immediately helped. The process has become much more streamlined since the last time I visited, which is welcomed for sure. The process was simple, the trailer hookup went well, and we were on our way fairly quickly. My only area of concern was that I felt like it was assumed I had rented recently so the after-hours check-in procedure wasn't explained. Luckily, I clicked on the text message which led me to download the app and made the process very easy. Much easier than before the app, so thank you U-Haul for the app.

We wanted to thank Jeff Schwarz, U-Haul Company of North Seattle, Area Field Manager for coming to our rescue. Our truck broke down. A service came to tow the truck and that left us with no way to get the U-Haul trailer to our home. He happened to be canvassing the area where we had parked. He noticed the trailer and was concerned that it was just parked in a lot. I spoke with him and explained my dilemma. He graciously towed the trailer to our home. We were so blessed and thankful for his kindness.

This truck should have never been rented to me.. This truck was miserable to drive.. It shaked, so bad driving down the road. Equipment should be checked before renting to customers!!!! It was not safe, and very hard on my items I had to move.. Very disappointed in u-haul!!! Dave

I think the gas signal even I filled up the fuel out they still the same and they say low fuel please check thank you everything else good thank you

Make sure the fuel level is checked when the truck is on flat ground before giving to renter. I drove 19 miles and was charged for 8 gallons of gas. A 20 foot truck gets 8 ish mpg. I did not leave the truck running. Appears the 20 foot truck fuel meter is broken or the fuel computer. I filled the truck with 1 gallon of gas before returning. So by the numbers I should only be charged for 2 ish gallons of gas…(3 gallons times 8 is 24 miles).Is this a common problem at your location with this 20 foot truck?

this place impressed me everytime she was the woman that work on 8 10 2025 at about noon i could not get her name. she was very nice and friend and she was fast thank you uhaul storage of everett. i will aee you again nwxt year when it is camping time

The van had 123k miles and had an irritating rattle by the drivers mirror that I dealt with for 3 days. When I returned the truck to the Monroe Street location in Indio no one was there, even though I was told they would be open to 7pm. I left the truck clean and to took pictures of the truck to show mileage, gas was full and that there was no damage and the truck was left clean. The next day I was charged a $25 cleaning fee by Indio Truck Services. I called them and the guy, who would not give me his name said it was mistake and would be credited back to my Visa. We will see if that happens!. I wanted to drop the truck at the location at Varner and Berkey in Palm Desert but they told the operator they were full. I drove by and they only had a handful of trucks there. In the last year I have rented 5 or 6 trucks and trailers and all went well except for this time. John Gamlam

Nice people but terrible turnaround time. It would have taken me 9 days to get my stuff after it arrived in Everett so I had to rent a trailer and make 6 trips (40 miles round trip) using a trailer.

Nice people, worked as hard as they could but because they are understaffed and only have one forklift I had to wait repeatedly (I had to visit the facility 6 times to pick up my u-Boxes on a trailer)

I only rented a pod and never saw the facility. I would not recommend a pod. They are cheaply made, offer no security, and the inabiliity to choose when it will be delivered, is a deal breaker.

Amazing company! My drop off date got messed up (by me) and the girls at the office and a driver ( Kate) figured out a way to fix it and get me my pods when I needed them. Bravo, Everett UHAUL!!

Being unable to access uboxes on Sunday was inconvenient, since I can only make it on weekends. That being said, the staff were very helpful & accomodated me on Sunday. Very helpful. Great service.

This was a nightmare. I hired Uhaul to bring 3 Uboxes from Chicago to Washington, only to find out on the day before delivery that they won't take them the final 50 miles. DO NOT USE UBOX.

The u box wearhouse is at the back of the building. No proper sign boards. And could not figure out where the front desk is. Was standing outside for several minutes before the attendant came out.
