CON: No proper customer parking on property near the office. Will probably use the other hattiesburg location in the future. PRO: Staff was very helpful and friendly. Vehicle and office interior was clean.

Mileage was off by alot. We estimated it would be 20 miles round trip in town. Got charged for 71 miles and when we retraced our trip it was less than 20 miles.

Booked a truck for p/u at 8:00am, dd not tell us they were not open until 9:00 am. The online app was not working. The service all around has been horrible.

The first truck I picked up and got home with had a combination lock on it so we couldn't access the back. When I tried to call the store direct I was not able to get through to anyone so automated machine picked up and I had to wait an excessively long time. When someone did answer I was immediately disconnected. Had to do this whole ridiculous process again and then the lady I talked to couldn't help me. She tried to call the store direct and couldn't get through either. Left message for office staff to call back. The same fella who waited on me called me back. He couldn't help me either except to say he'd switch out trucks instead of waiting for someone to come cut the lock off. By this time I'm getting quite agitated. Between having to wait at the store for them to open and not being able to access the truck I was not very happy. Added on to that the fact that I spent a ridiculous amount of time on hold and I can honestly say I'm done. The truck had less than one-quarter of a tank of gas. The A/C kept going out and then would start back working. My driver got stuck in the seatbelt and literally had to struggle to get out of it. There were hornets traveling with the truck and the other passenger got stung while I got chased. Overall a very poor experience. The location of the store is in a less than desirable location and the grass around the parked trucks was in very bad need of mowing.

The person when I picked up could have giving shit about customer service. He asked me if I wanted to hook my own trailer up or have him do it. He then proceeded to tell me to come back inside after I was done and he would come out take a picture. I was very disappointed in the costumer service in Hattiesburg!

I was very happy with my storage unit but renting a box truck was a nightmare! I will NEVER ret another box truck from uhaul!

First of all when I make a reservation for something I expect whatever I reserve to be there when I need it. It took me two days to get my stuff moved because they gave a truck I reserved to others.

I just as supposed to have a free first month of storage and was charged $82.90 at selection of my storage unit. I made my reservation online and have the proof but that didn’t matter.

Due to a glitch in the system, I thought I had lost all of my belongings. The staff at uhaul took care of it with no problem! Thank you, customer service representative and the staff at the facility!

Truck doors need lubrication bad. Also the ratchets on car dolly need lubrication. Tail light on dolly falls off.

Staff was helpful and friendly but it needs regular cleaning of spiderwebs, dust and dead bugs. Had I not been pressed for time I would have gone elsewhere. I would recommend with caution.
