ELVIN R | Overall ExperienceThe only issue was with the parking lots not being plowed or sanded at the storage units facility. The several winters, including this year, I continuously slipped and had to walk through over a foot of snow most times to try and get things out of the storage unit due to the parking lots not being maintained or plowed. This should really be maintained more appropriately for disabled and/or elderly individuals as this was a big safety concern, even for myself as a young adult. Otherwise, I did not have any issues with U-Haul Storage and value my working relationship with them for my clients storage needs.

Facility was well lit and the padlock and keys were inside which was awesome. We were thinking we would have to go back in the morning to pick them up!
