Only thing was nasty about the facility is people going into the bathroom and having bowel movements on the floor and wiping on the wall that was nasty but other than that it was okay in the lighting need to have a permanent light not motion lights all over it because it's hard to see when the motion light goes off and you're still in there but it does not see you in the little motion lights inside the storage areas the big onesKim B. | Overall Experience

The castleton location staff treated me horribly. I did not receive my confirmation call until after I tried to check into the castleton location after being denied a truck. All for the representative calling to say we overlooked your reservation. By this time I had reserved a truck at the Pendleton Pike location for 4pm 6 hours without a truck. My original reservation was for 10 am... I pick my truck up at 4pm and I reserved the 10.00 dolly for my washer and dryer and they were out. Worst move ever!!!!Sade W.

Store is pretty dirty. Owen, the â€œownerâ€ seemed as though he did not want to be there. The computer system was really slow. I checked in online and they said everything was good. I got to the store and nothing worked correctly. 35 minutes to rent a trailer. They also did not have the trailer that I had reserved. Making it a pain in the ass to place the trailer where I needed it.Grant H.

This portion of the review is for the truck. 1) The cab leaks. the joint leaked during a rain storm and water ran down the drivers seat belt causing the driver to get wet. 2) the passenger side mirror did not have a set screw in it. once you started driving it would move and I was not able to see cars on the passenger side of the truck. can you imagine going through downtown Atlanta without mirrors....I did and it was VERY DANGEROUS. I was able to get tape from a rest stop, but it moved some with the tape.Randall K.

Owen was great installing our trailer hitch. He really did his homework to ensure that what we ordered online was what was best for our vehicle, and was able to clearly explain his reasoning for updates he made to our order - it even ended up cheaper than we originally planned! After a poor experience at the Castleton location where they refused to install the hitch, it was so great working with Owen and the rest of the team at the Lawrence location and they had no problem meeting our needs!Bryant W.

When someone reserves a truck 6 weeks in advance make sure you have it available or contact the customer beforehand and let them know. Also i declined the i insurance and signed saying i was responsible for damages yet i was still charged the $14 for it...not sure i will be using againMaurice S.
