Had a conflict with the initial reservation but Bob at the kaukauna office was very helpful with the setup and finalization of secureing the unit. His explanations of the whole entry and procedures were detailed and clearly understood. Trouble actually getting the door unlocked and a call back to Bob, he was patient and very helpful for helping get actual access to the storage unit. Very pleasant to work with! The unit was clean and in great condition. I look forward to using the unit/facility and greatly appreciate your help in making my project move complete. Thanks

I very rarely rate/cooment but the Uhaul reps where awesome to deal with. I had an emergency family cancer move situation and they got me a unit and on checking out 4 months later - promptly checked me out and gave me the weekend to complete my move out. I would 100% rent from them in the future.

Let start that I had the storage unit for close too two years. I did have some damage to some of my items. From rain in which I had to trash due to mildew and rats. Overall a good safe place to storage items
