Make sure, equipment is safe, has heat, and breaks, and does not shake when you get over 40 mph. Plus make sure tires are in good condition. Check all fluids in equipment. I saying this cause when I just returned the truck I rented I had issues with all of these issues. I did do a formal complaint. This 26 foot truck I rented wasn't a safe rental. So please take the time to check these trucks as individuals lives are at stake. Thank you !!!!+

I was there for nearly an hour. Supposedly, the system was slow. I suggested that the gal call the corporate office. Once she did that, things progressed. As a Senior, I am not familiar with uploading my license. The gal didn't help me initially because she said Seniors can do this too. I asked her to help me and she did help. I also don't understand why U haul had me drive 70 miles each way to pick up a truck when there are 2 local u hauls in my town

I rented the truck $20 .00 plus .69 miles, I exstended for 4 more days was told be $34.00..a day my pay was doubled my client rev jAmes Cooper was charged twice $34 .0" a day then bringing it back was told double another $178.00

Thr only thing I DO NOT like is when your employees talking to each other and see a customer walking in and won't stop talking to eacho other until they're finish their conversation. That is inappropriate. If it doesn't have anything to do with Uhaul or business matter, stop your conversation and take care of the customer.

Just make sure the staff acknowledge their customers. If the staff is talking and a customer walks in, stop talking and take care of the customer. Don't keep talking and have the customer wait until you're done conversing with your co-worker. That's rude and unprofessional.

I was charged $14.25 for gas after I had filled it to the same place or above where the fuel gauge was when I picked up the truck.

Took a long time to get someone to hook up the trailer. Finally did it my myself but still had to wait till someone could check to be sure I did it correctly. The trailer had a leak in i that we discovered after we loaded the trailer so our furniture got wet.

I had an three issue didn't put my van back to normal, didn't plug back in my right right, and did the wiring wrong didn't find that out until I got out of state and had to get another uhaul place to fix it. I complained to customer service and they said I had to take my van back to the uhaul that messed it up in order to give them a chance which I will not do so I guess the stuff they didn't t put back in my van. I will have to hire someone to put it back. I asked if I could go to another uhaul place and they told me no. I will never do business and anyone who ask I will tell them to never to business with your company.

The 15' truck that we had reserved was not ready when we got there at our assigned pick-up time. Yasmine updated us to a 20' truck. The reservation showed that the drop-off date and time was Tuesday, Sept. 27th at 11:15 am. I asked her specifically if I returned the truck on Monday, Sept. 26th would it be cheaper and she said no. I asked this same question at least twice because it did not make sense. When I dropped off the truck this morning it was an extra $40 for the "extra" day. My wife called this location yesterday and the lady was very rude and emphatic that she had clearly explained when the drop-off date and time was. Absolutely not true. I would never use this location again and will make sure and share my "experience" on social media.

The ease of completing the rental process with my mobile phone was a great plus. Almost everything about the rental went smoothly. Once I couldn't get anywhere on the app when completing online verification I went inside to get help. I was told I had a balance of over $300 which threw me off because I have never rented a uhaul before. I'm not sure what was did but I was told on a phone call after leaving the facility that as long as they could verify my license I would be able to rent it. I'm not sure why it showed I had a balance or where it came from but after returning to the store and picking up the truck everything was smooth after that.

The trailer was not in the condition of its inspection photos. Someone broke the rear safety chain and I had to wait for it to be replaced. They did not hook me up correctly the first time so another employee rehookes up my trailer. The trailer's hinges were barely working so I had to get the employee at the location spray some grease. The trailers at UHaul work good, but they need to be maintained better and checked before giving to the next customer.

Staff extremely rude and unprofessional, lied about not having my equipment, ruined my reservation schedule, website was told not updated, move location 2 days before actual schedule, didn't properly inspect equipment, tires looked dry rotten, experienced tire blow out on AT, vehicle drove terrible consumption of gas was high, first vehicle given air conditioning did work with a check engine light, second vehicle had a huge dent in the upper passenger side fender not illustrated in inspection link photo. False marketing page on availability of equipment. I would never recommend or utilize this company anymore in the future thanks to this. Caused me to loose a days work and turned a 6 hour trip to an 12 hour

I've never had such a bad experience at uhaul. My first reservation seem to conveniently disappear out the system, according to the Agent; however, the young lady could see I uploaded my drivers license. I lost a lot of money because I had to take the day off. I had to reschedule for the following week, which meant I couldn't be there. I couldn't be there to rent the truck or load the truck; it's nerve wracking putting your belongings into someone else's hands. I was very disappointed in my uhaul experience.

Had to change reservation and would not let us change drop off location. That location was closed on Sundays. Took to another location and they had too many trucks and said no room for trailer so we had to try the 3rd location to drop it off. Just a hassle.

This location is frauding customers they let you bring it back and tell you that's all you don't owe anything else then the next day they will send a email trying to charge all kinds of stuff clearly committing fraud then when you call them about it they are very rude and try to bully you to pay them more money extortion I will never use this company again it's sad they have to do that to good people so there company can make more money not acting in good faith as a business I wouldn't recommend using them I will be using a different company for my needs next time

Access code did not work and had to postpone moving into storage for in the morning. Move to a different storage location for a bigger unit and could not enter the gate of that location. Workers were very nice and very helpful. This location seem to need a update on the systems

I was moving from Houston to MS. Your sales rep. Andrea showed me the convenience of registering and paying online. I felt the Usual pressure of moving diminish. This company SOLD everything that my family had during a pandemic whereby I don't have a job and 6 dependents with $26 in my bank account. This company has no compassion for people who are going through hard times. COVID-19 is still going on and this company had a lien placed on all of my children's and our family belongings and SOLD them to the highest bidder during a pandemic? I am very displeased with this company's ethics :{
