Litterally over charged me. Gas tank was 3/4 full when I got in and only drove like 20 miles. But when I got back with 3/4 tank like how I got it. They charged me $31 saying that it was full when I left. Straight bullshit will not ever use this service again

The workers were not kind or understanding. We had chosen a 24/7 self service to maintain social distancing because I am preferred and immunocompromised. They said the app had a glitch and made it so that we had to go inside to get the key. I put my foot down and asked that they bring it out to us since it was their glitch and they got an attitude. It is very unpleasant to be treated that way during a pandemic.

I have rented a truck from there and they called me 1 hour after to bring back the van... Is like how did you get the keys to the van...?? 😧 They were like I stole the van... Dude... You gave me the keys... WTF 🖕🏿

1 or 2 additional employees were needed. They are a busy facility and I would have given 5 stars if when I arrived at my scheduled pickup time there would have been someone in the office expecting me. I waited in the office for about 10 min with no one around. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I forgot to ask about the appliance dolly I had paid to rent when it was time to go to the rental pickup truck, so I ended up not getting the tool I paid for. I also had a lot of trouble with the UHaul app - my reservation was not showing up on the app or online when I was at the dropoff location, so I had to drop off the pickup (after hours) without an official check in. This was very frustrating.

BEWARE!!!! What a bunch of crooks. I rented a U-haul truck for 24 hours. I returned it early but it was after hours. I was charged a $20 after hours fee. Never before has this been in the contract. I did them a favor by returning it early and I get charged??? I ordered it online but when I returned it I didn't receive an email that allowed me to close it out online after hours. The worker says oh it's in the contract and they have signs at the drop box. Really? What a dishonest bunch of crooks. So next time I have the truck I will keep it the 24 hours and not bring it back earlier, if there is a next time. This is how UHaul does it's customers. Time to find a different company!!!

I make a reservation for the Issaquah highlands uhaul. The reservation location was changed to the Renton/Rainier location an additional 34 miles round-trip at $1.69 per mile! That was an unexpected financial hardship and they wouldn't adjust the costs. I don't think it's fair that I made a reservation for a location that indicated it had the correct size vehicle, then it was updated and moved to much farther away, and I had to pay the difference in the mileage and in gas! Seems very unethical.

I rent trucks from U-Haul all the time due to a volunteer project that I do for the homeless and never have I been charged this high of an amount and I go to the same place all the time. I usually rent from Penny Pinchin in Skyway. Also, even though I replaced the gas above what was in the tank, I was still charged an additional $10.82 for gasl I had to sweep the truck out when I picked it up and I cleaned it inside and out when I returned it,. It was dirty inside and had stains (food) on the steering wheel and on the front dash console. I will NEVER rent from this location EVER AGAIN!!!!

Just had one problem with reservation, it was confirmed, but the booking said it would get back with me in one hr about my rental truck not being at this lot and they would tell me where I could pick up the truck, by the time my reservation hr came up I never received a call from anyone saying where they were at as far as my rental reservation, I tried calling but got the runaround, 5 hrs after my original pick up time came, I re-contacted this place and the guy there helped me reserved another truck for the next morning and cancelled my original reservation cause I pretty much lost hope from those who supposably was going to call me back in an hr, the people here were always helpful and friendly. Thankful!

Received the truck with gas gauge on empty. Had to buy overpriced gas out of fear. Seatbelt receivers for passengers side was pushed down into the hole and below the seat. Very difficult to get back up into position.

Online reservation check in and pick up did not save me time. I had to get in line behind other customers who did not do all the prep work ahead of time to get the keys to the truck. There should be a separate line to pick up the keys. Very disappointed with the process.

The online checkout process was ridiculous. Almost all of that info could have been submitted ahead of time. And despite supposedly being an online checkout, I still had to go into the building to get my key! Very frustrating!

Charged the wrong credit card and would not correct it. Poor communication, staff do not talk to each other. Confirmed pick up date in person and they still postponed date because I did not pick up the phone call, just let voicemail that they were postponing the date as I did not pick up the call. I returned the confirmation call for rescheduled date and person answering said they would pass on the confirmation but they did not. I got another confirmation call . Customer service just gives lip service, they say they will correct something and it does not get done. I would not recommend UHaul to anyone.

This place SAVED MY BACON! We reserved a U-Hual for a one-way trip from a smaller partner location, but when we arrived to pick up our truck we were informed that the prior renter did not return the truck on time and the agent gave us a shrugged and wished us luck with our predicament. We drove down to U-Haul on Rainier Ave and they were able to get us a few options. It required a few extra steps but we had some solutions and got the job done. This was the power of customer service and associate who were focused on providing solutions. Next time, it's this place and only this place!

While driving the check engine light came on... and other thing is they held 1500 dollars but my truck was only supposed to be a little over 800 and when I dropped it off I asked the guy how much it was he wouldn't tell me. He said the receipt email would and it doesn't. When we picked it up the lady said they would give money back once we dropped off.

This location is super busy. I've used them for trucks and I have a storage unit here. This is an incredibly demanding customer service business. I have had excellent service every time I've come. I would recommend this location to anyone!

The man at the front desk acted as if I was the most annoying thing that had occurred to him all day long and it was 1030am when I picked up. Filled up past 3/4 and got charged the fee. Won't return here

The general manager Brion was incredibly rude. After making my initial reservation and being pressed for a time we set the reservation for that evening. Upon picking up the vehicle we have asked the attendant (who was not in uniform) and we were informed we had a 24hour rental. We planned on this. To our surprise we were met with multiple phone calls from Brion berating us for a return time. We were never told of an additional charge time, nor did we approve. Once reaching the return spot we were informed of our total. Brion was very rude, belittling and unwilling to listen to what had happened. When we explained what had happened, he said he “didn't care” and would “try to look into it.” Please reach out with any questions or concerns. I have used uhaul in the past and never received such terrible customer service. If this is the new standard for uhual I will be looking for other resources in the future. Reseervations should leave renting the storage units to the people on site! I moved 1,400 miles with a 6x12 uhaul trailer to a unit that wouldnt fit 5x5 and they had no other units! Never again
