After I dropped off the trailer, I went back inside to thank him for his outstanding help. He had already left for the night, but I had them leave him a message. Service like that needs to be commended.
greg R.This is our second time renting here and both times we had poor communication that caused us hassle. This time we got a call to tell us tbey needed to cancel the 6x12 trailer I reserved one day before my rental date. Had to rent a smaller one. (I saw the trailer on the lot and asked for it. He said it was rented. When I returned my smaller trailer the same day it was obvious that the larger trailer had not moved all day. The guy never explained after hours returning procedures. Just said “drop it off near covered area†next day I was charged an additional day because I didn't check it in on app. Had to waste time calling customer service to sort it out. Customer service person was great. Helpful and understanding of how lazy store workers can be.

I was extremely stressed, going through a very difficult time and they made it easy and I just can't say enough good things about everyone I interacted with there.
Marcia H.Check with the customer to see if there is more than one contract for the equipment being turned in. Our pads were on separate contract, so the pads were not "checked in" on the U-Haul tracking system when the truck was checked in using the vehicle number and license plate number. We had to make several calls to U-Haul and spent over half an hour on hold.
James H.I don't think this is location specific but I was promised by a rep from the toll free uhual number that I would get a 20 foot truck and then when I picked up there were no 20 foot trucks so they downgraded me to a 15 foot truck. 5 feet doesn't sound like a big deal but when it's a one way trip it's very difficult to make up that space. All of my stuff didn't fit and I had to make other arrangements that were not easy to do. I am very disappointed with this experience because the rep on the phone told me there were trucks of that size available. I will not use uhaul again and I caution anyone who is renting a one way trip.

Fred T.Your call center set up my reservation in the wrong state. When confirming the night before my pick up of the truck. No trucks were available until the end of the day. When I picked up the vehicle I provided a coupon and he said he would subtract that on return of vehicle. I returned the vehicle. I was told they would get my mileage and send it thru. The person who checked me out didn't read the paper wrk. No 20.00 off. No one answers the phone. I make another trip down to get it straight. The guy that made the mistake can't fix it I have to wait for the 1st guy to get back from lunch. To get discount.

When you call and reserve a certain size storage unit, call several times to make sure it's still reserved then go down to sign the lease just to get told they sold it out from under you. A reservation is a reservation. Definitely won't be recommending you to anyone and when it comes time for me to move I won't be using your truck either!!

Russell S.Horrible the employee screwed up my truck rental and now I’m not able to move until Sunday and Monday and I’m supposed to be moved out but Saturday afternoon to my new home over three hours away now there’s absolutely nothing I can do about it but rent a hotel for two nights and wait to move until Monday all because I was charged for an extra large box truck when I thought I paid for a small pick up truck so not only did I pay for a truck I did not need which was conveniently at the storage I’m renting but now Iv got to pay for extra mileage to return the new rental miles away across town , not to mention I did not find out until after hours so I can’t do anything about since there closed now and completely booked out of pick up trucks and vans which are all I can safely drive the nearest rental it’s a 45 min drive from my house thanks uhaul for nothing now I moving day consists of rushing to load and unload an entire house hold by myself with my toddler and than drive three hours to unpack at my new house

Robert B.I absolutely regret renting a truck here. Truck did not have gas and was told I have to put gas so guy charged me more for that and ended up paying 45 in total. Thought these things came with gas already in them. To my further disappointment after I finished moving and returned the truck later the guy checking in my truck was extremely rude and seemed pissed off, honestly gave the impression he was a POS. Aside from being rude he didn't seem to give any thought into my needs and flat out ignored me at times and argued with me about being reimbursed for putting gas in and saying I didn't put any in but when I got it, truck was pretty much empty! glad I didn't get stranded. This location has terrible customer service. DISAPPOINTED because I expected so much more on my FIRST UHAUL RENTAL!!!!

ALBERT K.Not sure if it's my phone or not but the links I was sent for interaction were not working properly, so info I needed to send may not have gotten received, as in, the truck inspection before I left. I was given confirmation then it told me it didn't go through. Now I'm getting charges from my bank for uhaul that I don't understand. I was told when I came in that I didn't have to do any cleaning and told they'd take care of it. It made me uneasy since they were kind of adamant and insisted that it was okay to leave. Will have to clean first before coming back next time I guess since i still have to check if they gave me a cleaning fee.

DEBRA J. | First ImpressionsI had initially reserved a 10'x15'x12' Drive Up storage unit under reservation # 703024-00107238 effective November 28, 2021. During the check-in process yesterday afternoon, I was told my unit was not available in size and convenience in terms of being able to drive up to it to unload my personal belongings. I requested this specific size and "drive up" convenience because of the number of boxes as I am relocating from another state, and inability to carry so many boxes back and forth due to a medical condition, but I did not realize I had to justify my request for a "drive up" unit. I am still bothered that my reservation was not honored and instead a huge inconvenience was imposed on me which I do not appreciate. I anticipate using your facilities for a period not to exceed 60 days, and when the time comes to retrieve my items, I request that manpower be made available from U-Haul to load everything onto another U-Haul truck at no cost to me for the manpower and rental of truck for the inconvenience. If you feel my request is above your ability to authorize, than I request you escalate this complaint to someone that will appreciate my business, honor my request, and make me whole. I have a very untraditional lifestyle which means I'll need to access my unit during untraditional hours, but I guess I can't because it's only for businesses. I think that's what the guy said. Anyway, thanks for being there when the need was dire, but I'd really like to access my possessions when I need to retrieve them. Maybe living in a 24/7 city screwed up my idea of "normal business" before 2020 did, haha. On the contrary- I had to switch to a bigger unit because the 5x5 was wicked small and I would have had to stack my boxes like a crazy person, so whoever the chick was who was there that Saturday helped me switch my unit that very moment without complication (at least on my end, I assume it was just as smooth on the other end, hopefully). I just moved back from Vegas and the amount of time you waste just waiting for the other end of any deal could make or break your existence there. It broke me for sure, so the quick business I've experienced with this u-haul location has been fantastic. And I REALLY appreciate how clean it is.

I can't believe they employ such an A-hole who thinks he is better than everyone cause he is the general manager. Nxxk is also a liar and won't admit to his mistakes. Before he was there U-haul was 100% the best in town. Now with employees like him i would rather sell all my stuff instead of dealing with him ever again. So sad U-haul has given a title to a non-deserving lieing no good person. My brother also rented a truck and before i told him my issues he stated did you deal with a big guy that is the general manager Nxxk? I said yes why? He said that guy is a real a-hole. So that tells you his charecter. I will never use U-haul again as long as they have that guy around and makesure everyone i know doesn't either.
