Listen a couple of weeks ago I asked for a 26' Foot truck got a 20' foot tuck to use, then last week i wanted a 20' truck and got a 15 foot but the lady did give me a trailer. Buy more large trucks for use in the spring and summer then when things slow down in the fall rent them or run then for U.S.P.S., Fed-X, U.S.P.. Amazon. heck advertise to hunters also. Dave
DAVID RFor auto transport rental you should have tie down straps for the back of the vehicle as a chain is not sufficient, especially towing a long distance and with roads it bounces the back around. When we told the worker that the tires are on the towed vehicle were larger and we would need bigger straps he just continued on and the ones on there needed to be longer and bigger. Smaller straps (2 inch wide) for tires are crazy. Thank goodness we had our own tie down straps, 4 inch wide to hold the vehicle down. Hard to say if the equipment was clean and well maintained when it sits outside and is an auto transport trailer.
Shawn rInstaller needs to make sure that what’s been paid for is in the vehicle. I had to drive 20 miles round-trip to go back and get the ball and hitch that I paid for.
Rondi MWould prefer to have a restrooms inside the storage building facility instead of outside (for more easy access) and both can be used by code or card access. Would like to have U Haul have 24 hour access to storage unit or at least until midnight. Perhaps also maybe keep the lights on longer periods of time. Otherwise I am satisfied overall with U-Haul storage and would happily recommend.

Rosario CConfirm the return time they don't get shook down for 40 bucks on turn in. Also, maybe not trying to change pickup location to somewhere 1.5 hrs our of the way, at the last minute. Trash experience. Not the yakima locations fault. Uhaul at large is trash.

jim sWith three charges to my account with no refund issued. Caused me and my daughter to have to put groceries back at fre Meyer. I returned your equipment in excellent condition and hardly drove it anywhere. I was to be issued a credit of 30 dollars for a total charge of 129.95 dropped off today at 10:55 am on time and was due for return at 11 am. Even have another rental for tomorrow morning. I really hope this gets credited immediately to my account. I purchased supplies and materials so it was very upsetting to me. I was satisfied with the easy rental and check out and in but the three charges is extreme.
Julie HIt was after hours and there were no personnel available. Self return became a chore with the app and browser not working on multiple phones for location services. It took some time to get phone assist for manual return.
CHESTER CThe storage unit and the entry were all very clean and easy to get to. I originally was looking for temporary (a couple of months) storage. It ended up being over a year. The cost made it a perfect option.
