The check in process and all three team members were very friendly. The truck was parked along side the building itself. Note: the drivers door does not open from the outside, you have to go through the passenger side. Which is fine. However the drop off experience was less than great. When we pulled in to the lot, we were honked at loudly by what we thought was another customer, which didn't bother us. We stopped in front of the store because we weren't sure where to park so I went inside to get some guidance. There were no employees inside, so I went back out to the truck and parked it in the first available spot I saw. I started the checkout process online and it when I was almost done I got out to take the photos requested. When I went around back of the truck a man, Alfonso, who I realized worked there came out and yelled “is that where you're supposed to park that?!†Rudely. I responded with I'm not sure, and he said well that's why I blew the horn at you, you didn't hear me?! I responded with “well I didn't know who you were so why would I have know that??†He asked for the key and I gave them to him and let him know I was doing the check out process online and he said “okay do that thenâ€. I finished the process and went in to ask if he wanted me to move the truck and he said no. I let him know about the driver door and he responded with “that's why i don't know why they rented that truck to youâ€. I said okay sorry and we parted ways. The interaction was very rude and off putting. I normally would not comment but him reacting the way he did with no prior interaction was very disrespectful.

The attendant on duty was very nice but was not aware of the needed materials and installation process. After over 2 hours I returned to the store and he was assisting other customers and stated that he needed to finish watching the instructional video on the installment. In order to finish my tasks for the day (which I had taken time off work to complete), I was forced to rent a truck due to the installation not being completed in the 2 hours I was told it would take. After using the rental truck and returning to the store, I was advised that the needed materials for the installation were not available at the store. and I would need to make another appointment. I wasted multiple hours and had to rent a truck that I would not have had to use if I had been better informed. I was apologized to and not charged for the service I did not receive, but I still incurred a cost for the truck I rented. I am not happy with my experience and will not consider Uhaul for further needs.

Jeanmarie M.1. CDW is mandatory on trucks and vans in this location. That really makes the price $29.99 and more expensive than a truck. How is this legal? 2. The back door didn't close on the first van 3. The 2nd van smelled FOUL. I typically rent 5-6 times a year or more. I will be going to another location.
