While the service at this location was excellent both picking up and dropping off, I had requested a reservation at a particular location and got an email telling me that it would be picked up at another. I may have missed it but some notification that the equipment may need to be picked up at a different location would have been nice while using the web reservation system.

Easy drop-off, with friendly and efficient service!

The estimated mileage was insufficient to stay within the Uhaul allowed mileage, even with the extra 15 miles added at the pickup location. You could be a little more generous with the miles.

Trucks's engine light was flashing, Vipers not working, I took this old truck for 1 mile and returned back without using it. it was awful experience of my life. never ever use this location.

Best U-Haul in Richmond!!! Lindsay and her team (Samantha, Josh, Roberto, Justin, Allison, Linda and Jade) go above and beyond to make your moving experience excellent and worry free. Do yourself a favor and go with U-Haul at 4511 West Broad Street. You won't be disappointed!

Samantha and Justin made our move happen!! If they weren't so nice and accommodating, everything would have fallen apart due to my poor planning. Next time I need anything from u - haul, I hope to have the pleasure of working with them. Met the GM Lindsay during my return and told her she has put together a great team!

The van smelled heavily of cigarette smoke to the point we opened the windows to get fresh air. It would be nice to have non-smoking vehicles.

The tire pressure gauge was on. After filling the tire myself, the next morning it was on again. I called Roadside Assistance to change the tire. It had a large screw in it. I called the center when I got to where I was going and tried to get a new cargo van with no such luck. I had to drive the van for a week with the lights going off that the tire pressure gauge system was not working.

This drop-off location was fine; staff very helpful; however, the problem was that it was not the original location arranged by the main Uhaul center in Pittsburgh: they first sent me to location in a congested area that did not accept trailers and there was no room to turn a trailer. They had to stop traffic while I backed into the street to proceed to the new location.

Self-checkin required going to a person for a key. Self-return was necessary because nobody came out when I dropped off the truck. Not enough people on staff.
