Kate WVery disappointed with management here. First of all the place is a wreck. The inside is gross with cats walking around and scattered junk piles. Second, I booked this 20ft UHaul for 3 days. I was dropped off the morning of and told by the manager that they had nothing available for me to rent claiming they ones on the lot were spoken for the next day. Finally I got him to agree to let me have it for 24 hours. Well needless to say I kept it the full 3 days I needed plus I extended it a day as well. Be careful they will double book their trucks leaving you without on the day you need it. Would not recommend this location.
Cody Jterrible location for drop off. I was advised to avoid them and I should have listened. no lights on inside, no room to park, loads of people standing around, rude staff, no outside assistance at all. great location not a uhaul center in my experience.
GARY BThe location sits at the top of a pretty steep hill off a major highway. The lot was really full on Sunday which made it difficult to return safely. Maybe a more level spot to the side or some overflow plan would be helpful.
William TThe retailer was terrible. I personally cleaned the truck myself and they charged me 49 for a “cleaning fee” after saying that they wouldn’t and refused to tell me the price of said fee. Refused to give me a receipt. Very poor service.

CECILIA ZTook forever to get keys from worker when I already filled out everything on the app. Seemed “confused” with simple tasks. Went to go look for her phone for 5 minutes while I had my screen ready and just needed my keys. One side of the van door did not even open and it needed an oil change.

Amy BPlace needs a much bigger parking lot as trucks were just crammed in there and there wasn't really anywhere to park. Place needs a little upkeep as it was sort of dirty but not bad.

Aaliyah TThey gave us a truck with damage, which turns out was not the worse part. The truck did not have working AC and it was absolutely miserable for the 3 and half hour trip from Oxford to Little Rock. The gentleman that helped us at pick up was very nice and tried to give us a better truck but someone had assigned us this poorly maintained truck. $500 to ride in no ac was unacceptable.

Bo FThey charged me for 3 gallons of gas. I picked it up with 5/8 of a tank and dropped it off with 5/8 of a tank. 3 gallons of gas on a 26' truck with a large tank won't even move the needle. I feels as if they just had to charge you something.

I tried another place but they were not serving U-Haul customers anymore. The place I dropped it off is on Highway 7 north in Oxford. The gentleman there is a super good man

DOUGLAS RI have been charged an additional $15.00 with NO explanation! There was no one at the drop off location but it was ok. Very efficient process.
signy gWhen u return and before the guy ever looks at anything, he says "u brought me some work in today", that's when u know ur screwed. Ended up charging way more and I didn't put that many miles on the truck and still had to pay more. He's absolutely ridiculous beating people out of their money just bc he can. I'll never do business with them again
