They allowed reservations starting at 8:30, but didn't open until 9. A correction to this oversight would be helpful. Overall, great customer service and very helpful.

Michael Cit would have been nice if the trailer was pulled out or accessible instead of me having to squeeze back in between the wall and fence to try to pull it out.
