I have been charged an additional $15.00 with NO explanation! There was no one at the drop off location but it was ok. Very efficient process.

When u return and before the guy ever looks at anything, he says "u brought me some work in today", that's when u know ur screwed. Ended up charging way more and I didn't put that many miles on the truck and still had to pay more. He's absolutely ridiculous beating people out of their money just bc he can. I'll never do business with them again
