The 10’ U-Haul truck itself was fine and we had no issues with the rental vehicle. Unfortunately, the pickup and billing experience at Ultimate Rentals was another story. When we arrived to pick up the truck, there was only one person there, and he wasn’t even a rental representative—he was a delivery driver who was apparently left to handle the rental. He did the best he could under the circumstances, and I don’t fault him at all. In fact, I ended up trying to help him navigate the computer system so we could complete the paperwork. We still couldn’t get it to work properly, and I eventually had to complete the rental myself through the U-Haul app on my phone. Then, after returning the truck later in the day, I was charged for an additional day because the location closes at 4:30 PM. The truck was fine, but between having no actual rental representative available at pickup and then being hit with an extra day’s charge because of the location’s early closing time, the overall experience was extremely frustrating. I appreciate the employee who was there doing his best in a situation he clearly wasn’t supposed to be handling, but I would not rent from this location again.

The owner of the Uhaul is a caring owner of a big rental store. He brought the van to the front of his store for me to pick it up when I came. Everything inside the track was super clean. The van was nice and new. I would recommend his Uhaul for anyone.
