I can't think of a thing that needs improvement. I watched the video about how to pick up the truck after hours and every step was prompted by the Uhaul app. I am an older lady and rented a 20' truck. I had no trouble picking up the clean truck, driving it, or returning it when finished. Thank you! :)Marianne G.

I was greatly offended when I was presumed by the owner/worker that I was pregnant. When I assured him I am not, he proceeded to tell me that "That's ok, I have a daughter your age that like the food too" Never presume a woman is pregnant, It took a lot for me to remain polite about the situation. To a woman who cannot have children, it hurt tremendously.Karla K.

Driveway up to the U-Haul site is small, high incline, small sign - if it wasn't for an U-Haul truck in front the business - office is behind this business - I would've had a difficult time finding the place. Had to turn around and using the center lane to be able to get into the place - was towing a transport.Thomas N.

I have rented from this location before and the team running this location is terrific. Great service, the truck was in great shape and clean. Compared to the PostalAnnex down the street which i rented from 2 days later, it is amazing the difference in quality of service and product.Christopher D.

I booked my uhaul 2 weeks prior to needing it and signed up for the 24/7 pick up so I could get my move started early in the day. This was confirmed with an email. When I went to pick it up, my account kept saying i was unable to do the mobile pick up and would have to wait until the store opened hours later. I attempted to call customer service and was on hold for 30 minutes, they finally answered and then hung up on me with no help. I returned back to the store frustrated, when it opened and the man there immediately assumed that I must have booked it the night prior and that was why it was not showing up on his end of the site. Even when I showed him the confirmation email that I received he did not apologize for the inconvenience. He was extremely dismissive, and refused to do anything to accommodate my situation. Then, when trying to return my truck the site was unable to track my location and I was unsure to do the proper return procedure. I am very frustrated with this experience and will avoid using uhaul in the future.Dana M.

No one was there on the hours they were suppose to be open and so many junk cars around i had no idea to even know where to park. Your company have went downhill bad. The owner brusquely told me to unlock my phone and give it to him within a few moments of sitting down with him. I said no and asked why. He told me I had to. I said no. He then explained that it was to take a picture of my ID and upload it to the U-Haul app. But, I'm definitely explaining it better than he did. I reluctantly gave it to him for something that he must have thought I was too stupid to do myself, but he couldn't manage to get it uploaded. In obvious frustration, he handed it back and I accomplished the task. He printed off two pieces of paper, rushed me out of his tiny office, while repeatedly telling me I HAD to sign one of the papers before getting outside. I looked at it and it had the mileage and gas tank level on it. I refused to sign it until I verified the information and he kept trying to force me. We got in an argument and I just kept saying that the point of these sheets was so all parties agreed on the facts before anything was signed. He got angry, but was also getting upset because lots of people were waiting for his storage business (where the real money is). He finally let me check the truck. The info was correct, but the cab was dirty. The last renter had even left their phone holder (the kind that attaches to vents) on the floor. He came to the truck to hurry me into signing and I told him I needed to see the damage diagram sheet. I've always had one before, but he said that there wasn't anything like that. I said I couldn't take the truck without the previous damage and dirty can documented. He repeated over, over and over that â€œthey won't charge you for thatâ€, which is obviously a flat-out falsehood. I finally signed the ONE paper he gave me, which had the gas and mileage and resigned myself to taken a few dozen photos and some close-ups of the truck. Before I started, I asked him if he was bringing my contract back with him to the truck. He said, no, that I had the rental contract. I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT have an official U-Haul contract (always very thick and in a little orange and white folder). What I did have was his ONE, pathetic, b&w page that he scribbled on, in lieu of signing it. I never got anything else, but dirty looks, from that extremely unpleasant man. And, to top it off, I arrived 30 minutes before my rental appointment, but, he made my friend and I wait in her car until 15 minutes afterwards, while he shuffled and herded prospective storage tenants around the property. Again, going after a higher, long-term payday. If you rent here (U-Haul reassigned me from my chosen location) DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THE PEOPLE HERE TELL YOU. Trust your gut if you feel something is wrong, plus VERIFY, VERIFY, VERIFY, with photos. Better safe than sorry (and out hundreds in unnecessary charges).Dinah T.
