How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe arab worker barely spoke english. He charged me twice. The first time he charged me full price even tho the inventory of Pads of unavailable. I protested. And then did a charge back. But when he redid the contract he changed it from a one way trip to a round trip and also moved the drop off location and the drop off date from the 12th to the 11th. Horrible service.

ISSAC AI was happy with the van and customer service, but I feel that I was overcharged. I returned the van at 9pm Saturday thinking it would be there for someone else to rent on Sunday, but I was charged for Sunday anyway. Nothing against management, but it was not worth the price for the amount of time I had it.
