How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was happy with the van and customer service, but I feel that I was overcharged. I returned the van at 9pm Saturday thinking it would be there for someone else to rent on Sunday, but I was charged for Sunday anyway. Nothing against management, but it was not worth the price for the amount of time I had it.
