DANIEL SMy credit card was on file and I checked in prior to picking up trailer, providing photos of my drivers license through the app. When I arrived, I was required to provide both credit card and drivers license again at this location which is duplication of effort on my part. Unnecessary. Other than that, everything was fine.

Anand BJust to mention waiting time for the process is little longer, because only one person in the front desk has to attend the uhaul customer as well as the fuel supply. The management should consider to appoint sufficient employees at the front desk. The elderly person who was in the front desk he was trying his best to provide the service for the uhaul customers as well as the gas purchase customers. He did maximum that he can do,as one man show.

Giovanni MLocation was disgusting. Equipment was damaged (large holes in the trailer roof) and UHaul made ME go get a replacement at MY TIME AND MY EXPENSE at a location 1 hour away and 1 hour back. I will NEVER use UHaul again until this matter is addressed. I also sent social media messages to my 500,000 followers to let them know the TERRIBLE experience and UHaul's TERRIBLE response to it.

DEBRA PI booked my rental in Kanata - UHaul shifted my rental to this location - 35 km away. This meant that I put significant extra kms on the rental, and drove up my costs significantly. Actually drove by the Kanata location and saw that the parking lot was full of trucks. Not clear why I was shifted, other than to drive up UHaul revenue.
Sean WThe equipment was clean and in good working condition. I was traveling from Ontario to New Brunswick. I opted to drop the truck in Moncton instead of Bathurst to get the $526 credit indicated when I made the reservation. I was told it would be applied when I brought the equipment in Moncton. It didn't work. The employee in Moncton said that the credit was to be applied at the rental place in Ontario. I explained and he looked it up and saw the credit but apparently was not allowed to give more than a $200 credit. The time, fuel and fare to get back home weren't worth it.

Zohaib AThe person serving us when we picked the truck up was an angry person. He was a grumpy old man. I think that is the best way to describe him. We wanted a 26 foot truck and I was told there was none so we had to get a 20 foot truck bt the day we went it looked like there were 2 larger trucks. Iii was too afraid to ask the guy because he was so grumpy. Having to rent a 20 foot meant that we had to do more trips and the mileage costed more. We could have went to a different location but this one was convenient because it was close to our house. I reserved a dolly and moving blankets on the app prior to our moving day. There were no blankets and when I got there on the moving day I was told it was first come first serve for the dolly. What is the point of reserving it then
jacqueline lRude. Told us to go to another drop off location even though we had their address in a text and after getting the app. He wanted us to do his job. Get the blankets and dolly out. Move the truck to a bit great spot. We weren't comfortable with that. Not great service.

Shona MPick up was fine...but the procurement process very frustrating ..had to pick up 30mins from original reserve location and not the truck ordered. That made it difficult. Then the drop off location had changed from the original spot also ...odd...overall face to face was good and the equipment performance was good. Would recommend

CLAUDINE NI had a very bad experience with location personal. The person there doesn't know the procedures and was about to deny me the rental because of my foreign driver license. I had to insist to get him call the AFM. The manager told him that it is totally fine to rent a truck with a foreign driver license. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone

CAROLYN SI was stuck and needed a trailer for an hour or two. U-Haul had the trailer and got me on my way very quickly. Really great to have them close by. Thank you
Brian SOur experience was OK. The gentleman who handled the paperwork was kind and informative. However, the truck was not clean and the tank was not filled which meant we had to "guess" as to how much gas to put in which ended costing us more that we needed to spend. UHaul used to have the tanks full before, is this a new arrangement? I have used UHaul forever and this is the first time that the truck was unclean and that the gauge was not topped up.

WILLIAM WOne of the attendants was misanthropic and a bit of a dumbass but the other one was personable and knew what he was doing. Overall a good experience.

MUSTAFA MThe truck condition was so bad and was hard to drive looks like service was done on this truck so long. The truck was so dirty I have to mopped before use.
AMAN SWell, there were gloves and a napkin in the center console and more gloves in the map pocket on the drivers door. They were pieces of plastic in the cargo area. I cleaned all of that stuff out so I wouldn't get charged a $25 cleaning fee. Do I get $25 back for doing the cleaning?
David RThere was a message on the dash about turning the "tow/haul" off when empty. A suggestion would be to also identify where to turn it off because i could not find it.
Timothy EI was able to change my reservation from one location to the other. The location I picked up the trailer did not help install it.. trailer was up on the grass. It was difficult to get at and return to the same area with a 5 inch cement ledge.

Lyne ACustomer service is terrible. Old man at desk doesn’t know how to deal with customers and I personally felt discriminated when a white customer came he started making jokes with him and when I asked him why it’s taking long for me to process the payment he said system is slow and didn’t respond well. I will never recommend anyone also because of store conditions how store is not maintained well and webs everywhere looks like it was last cleaned in 90’s. Terrible service

WILLIAM LMy frustration was that I rented the trailer at my home location but had to pick it up at another location that was 175 km round trip from where I had originally booked. I had a 6 hour trip after lading the trailer so the additional driving was not helpful. I am not sure why Uhaul cannot ensure that a trailer that was booked a month in advance cannot is at the original location requested? Also the attendant at the pick up point was not very have helpful or interested. No help hooking up the trailer that was parked in a bad location and if I was not a reasonably strong person I would not have been able to do it. The trailer itself was great so no concerns there!
