Clearer billing process
WILLIAM LMy frustration was that I rented the trailer at my home location but had to pick it up at another location that was 175 km round trip from where I had originally booked. I had a 6 hour trip after lading the trailer so the additional driving was not helpful. I am not sure why Uhaul cannot ensure that a trailer that was booked a month in advance cannot is at the original location requested? Also the attendant at the pick up point was not very have helpful or interested. No help hooking up the trailer that was parked in a bad location and if I was not a reasonably strong person I would not have been able to do it. The trailer itself was great so no concerns there!

PRINCE BWhen I returned the trailer. The trailers were situated so that it was difficult to get a spot. Dealer should instruct customers to park closer together.

NKASHAMADIVIN BReally good experience. Process was smooth. Booked the day before. Was served quickly at the counter. 10” truck was clean. Was provided with blankets I rented. Took pictures of fuel level before leaving and after refueling. No issues with service.

Wayne RFraud location. I paid and was handed over a form with the fuel level. When I dropped off, no one checked the fuel level. No receipt issued. Got home and received a receipt of $140 dollars including $12 fuel charge despite that I fuelded the vehicle. Came back for my refund o my to be told that I should have taken a photo of the fuel level. Would never return and don't recommend anyone to this location.

Carole SAlmost a brand new van in perfect condition. Though I had already pre-registered, there were some delays in processing due to the fact that this is a busy gas station and patrons need to be served and sent on their way. But overall it was a smooth operation and took no more than 10 minutes.

Mike VWindshield washer fluid was completely empty on a day which I found out while driving. This was not a safe situation as the roads were wet and residual road salt was coating the windshield. I replenished from my own supply. The Asian gentleman that served me was not very pleasant, I believe he is the owner. I would normally do my own pre-inspection on my own vehicle, but I assumed it would be done by provider, my mistake for assuming.

Phil MTrailer had not been cleaned inside. It also had an odour resembling horse manure. We had to remove the dirt before using and had to protect mattresses to a prevent them from getting soiled. My previous experiences using uhaul trailers cannot have been more different. The safetey chain that connects to the back of the vehicle was badly damaged and corroded.

SCOTT SI was scammed at this location. I drove 27 km and filled the 9’ cargo van to the required level and was billed extra 6.7 liters gas, which means according to Uhaul the gas consumption is over 40 liters per 100 km The agent was extremely aggressive when I tried to sort this out. Complaint is filed with Uhaul
PETER BPros Excellent service from the gentleman who served me. Easy reservation process Con The mirrors on the van and windows were very dirty and almost impossible to see out of. The low windshield washer fluid warning light was on when I first picked it up. The van should have clean windows and mirrors and full windshield fluid for each renter.

Samuel AThe hitch clasps were not able to clasp tightly. There was not a tight secure latch. So there was some clunking /slack/play when transporting the trailer. It feels a bit better with load when empty there is a play in it.

Robert MDispute of Fuel Charges – Contract No. 23658650 I am reaching out to dispute the fuel charges applied to Contract No. 23658650 for a UHaul rental at Ultramar Gas Station, 3990 Prince of Wales Dr, Nepean, ON K2C3H2. Upon reviewing the records, both the miles in (126713) and miles out (126722) indicate that the fuel level was at ¼ tank during the return as how it was at pick up. Despite this, a charge for approximately 14L of fuel along with a $30 Fuel Service Fee was applied. As per policy, the Fuel Service Fee should only be charged when the fuel level is below ¼ tank, which was not the case in this instance. I kindly request a review of this charge and an adjustment to reflect the correct fuel level. Please let me know if any further information is required to resolve this matter. Aung THigh mileage vehicle, 1/3 tank of fuel only and no windshield washer. The vehicle was iced up. Would have been nice for them to start the truck earlier so that the windshield was clear. No blankets available even when they were ordered. Was notified an hour before we picked up the truck that they were out of blankets.. Where can someone find moving blankets at the last minute?? Disappointing

MAHER ALocation was fine. They were efficient and organized. The equipment was pretty terrible. Clean inside but neither of the truck doors appeared to close properly and it rattled pretty badly (heat shield perhaps?)
Margret BCustomer service much less than expected. The guy there didn’t bother himself to tell me where is the car and where to find the number. After long looking for the car and couldn’t find it, back to him, he was unhappy to redirect me to where he put the car.
Mohammad MMake sure to have all the equipment/tools needed. Because i have reserved moving blankets but didn't receive them because the previous customer didn't return them. So , you should keep additional items at your location in case it's needed.

HUSSNAIN TThe staff at this location was great, helpful, friendly and efficient. The truck on the other hand wasn't. The side molding for front windshield was off and the rubber part was flapping in the wind. The driver side mirror could not be adjusted sideway (the location staff tried as well) and it felt like the transmission was on it's last legs. If this truck was given to me as a commercial driver, I would have refused it for safety reasons.

Chinmaya MTop notch service. I rented an open trailer online at 9am, and showed up an hour later. When I arrived, item was there, check in was quick, and I was hitched up and gone in about 10 minutes. Can't ask for anything more.
