Take customer perspective by telling customers what they need to know eg: vehicle has dents marked, take pictures of…, you will be charged twice …, if this happens see instructions @ …, when you return do this & that… Also, offer support upon return eg: where did you park vehicle… how did it go… next steps would be …. Confirm email.

Reserved 12 moving blankets with my U-Haul rental, but was told upon arrival that none were available. The rental process was also very slow because the single employee had to keep stopping to serve gas station customers, and U-Haul customers were not prioritized. Overall, a frustrating experience and customer service could be improved.
Patricia OYour app sucks. It made me restart the drop-off process 4 times. In the end it was the location that completed the drop off for me the following morning. Plus the app falsely told me I couldn't extend my rental. Apart from that I would say the location itself was the most helpful

Leigh CNo issues with the 3rd location. I originally reserved a vehicle to be picked up at the Moodie location. The morning of I received a message saying "truck is not available you must go to the Cedarview location". They opened at 9 and at 9:20 there was still no one there and no truck were in the parking lot. I called and they told me to now go to the Barnsdale location. I am now 1 hour late to meet the group to start moving items. Thanks for listening.
