This is the second time I rented from this location and the cargo van was filthy and smelled someone was transporting pigs or livestock in the van. I returned the van early and the attendant mis-calculated the KM's I argued and just ended up paying the amount. Will never use uHaul again.

This is a poor location, its a very busy gas station with little room to navigate the truck or park your personal vehicle. Inside there is no indication there is a separate terminal for UHaul so I stood in the gas line only to be told it was the person next to him, its all on the same small counter, so people are coming in and out for gas buying convenience food while you are trying to conduct business, very unprofessional. The rep was young and there was a lack of confidence when I finally talked to him to asked where to park the truck after we gassed it and he said to wait until after it was filled and he would let me know, I said that is the point I am trying to avoid, I wanted to know where to park the truck it was very busy, its a gas station. Then I understood as he came out while we were gassing up to take the readings and inspect the truck...AT THE PUMP...very awkward. My husband drove the truck around back the rep said they were very full and there wasn't a lot of room. I then went inside to finalize the paperwork. He advised there were no additional charges and I asked if he could confirm the final invoice pricing and he asked to see my contract, I gave him the one I printed prior to the move and he asked for the one when I picked up the vehicle I said I didn't receive one and he said I should have...I thought you would receive it all at drop-off. So he proceeded to manually calculate the charge on the paper...so are they not linked?? The manual price was over $120 MORE than when I picked it up....I wasn't happy and he said I would have to contact the pick-up location. It wasn't until I arrived home that I received a copy of the receipt and all the charges were correct, thankfully. I found the entire process for a single day use stressful and would tell my friends to borrow a truck vs go thru this hassle.

The location of pick up was perfectly fine it was the uhaul company itself that I would rate a big fat zero......pre-booked a 10' to move my sons bachelor apt and uhaul gave me a 26'. I had to drive a 26' truck that is used to move a house to move a bachelor apt from Ottawa to Toronto! They stand behind there policy that they can book you for what you want and give you what they want, they promise you what you want so they get your money. Theres nothing you can do, they got you because just try to find something else at the end of the month, that's impossible! My sons stuff was all over in the back of the truck because I hadn't planned on a 26' truck and had no way to secure his belongings......some of his stuff ended up broken. I will NEVER use uhaul again. Shame on uhaul for being so desperate for your money that they lie to you about having the vehicle requested. It's like going in a restaurant ordering a steak and getting a burger, you order something and that's what you expect. Shame on uhaul!

I was "double charged" after confirming many times that I was only going to have to pay a total of 33.00. They had also taken 37.00 as an estimated total. The man at the counter said as soon as you pay they withhold the money. This was not the case. It's been over 24 hours and I still haven't received me deposit yet. It's the first of the month and some students dont have extra cash to be throwing around. Uhaul should have to pay for an inconveniences like this. I technically could loose my home if late on payments. It may only be 40$ but that goes a long way, and it's the concept. I was lied to my face. I will not be using this service again unless something is done.

U-Haul changed our reservation location multiple times including the morning of our reservation at 7:15am. This is totally unacceptable especially considering the final location was far away (we had originally picked a location close to us). Since the final location was far away, we had to pay extra for mileage that we did not originally account for. We will not be using U-Haul again in the future.

Overall....this location is average. Clean equipment. Check in process is a little long. Reason, new program installed. BUT Deposit is still an issue. This location is not following proper protocol for deposits...A 4'x7' trailer is supposed to be: no $ for credit card, $85 for debit deposit, $100 for cash deposit. The charge is supposed to come from the deposit NOT additional to the deposit. The attempt was made to charge me $200 for a deposit...We'll see about the next time I rent from them cuz I do rent many trailers throughout the year from Uhaul....

It rained after I loaded and my stuff in the trailer got wet. Not sure what was leaking. Not sure it is the rental locations fault.

Vehicles are poorly maintained. For example the roll up door has not been greased in so long the door is difficult to open and close. Brakes were not great. And why don't you develope a policy that vehicles be full of fuel when rented and have to be full when returned? Would be much more simple for everyone involved. I also did not receive a coupon for $100 that I want to apply to this purchase. Can't say I am happy with u haul.

I rented a Uhaul truck for a moved planned in June. I rented it 1 month in advance. Come the day to pick it up, turns out the truck is "not available". We call the 1800 # and they call the location of the rental (gas station). Finally, we get a truck, 20 foot, but we have to pay extra. We said no, not our fault about the rental mix up. BIG MISTAKE! Do not piss off a Uhaul rental company. We go to pick it up, the guy working HATED us! At first we wondered why, but figured it must be because of the fact that he had to rent us the longer truck at a lower rate. Fine. We got the extra insurance, because I was warmed about renting from Uhaul, and sure enough, upon return, he walks right up to a scratch surrounded by other scratches and blames me. Not only did he never do a walk around with me in the first place, it would have been physically impossible to us to scratch anything because it was an open parking lot. He knew exactly where the scratch was and walked right up to it. Not only did he walk straight up to it, but walked up, said it was my fault, then walked away and never looked at the rest of the truck!! No walk through ahead of timr, just ' you scratched it'. He rented us the truck with gas almost at 3/4, so that's how it was returned. He asked me why I didn't fill up at his gas station so I said we filled up down the road. He looked at the truck and LOST IT.like I mean screaming, raising his voice, and just angry that the truck was not filled. I have never been in a situation like this before where someone is so angry for absolutely no reason. Never rent off uhaul, go for budget or home depot. This whole situation? was insane. Worsted experience moving of my life!

I made a reservation 2 weeks before hand, when I showed up I was told they didn't have my truck (even though it was in the parking lot) and had to rent a bigger truck costing me more in time money and gas
