The CCR was an inappropriate old man; who made suggestive comments and lude jokes. I was not notified that the Dolly's I had reserved were not equipped.. this is the second truck rental to not provided equipment that is reserved based on your advertisement.Misha T.
In general, I would recommend this location to anyone. The owner is great,two thumbs up!... He did everything in his power to get the truck I ordered to be on time... The problem is with uhaul system. It reassigns truck sizes arbitrarily and it is not suitable for everyone... Thank you, the owner of this location for looking into the problem of late arrival for the truck I needed. You are awesome... UHAUL please introduce the strick polocy for late return of trucks and the company will have an ease of ordering the teucks!Alexey M.

I book this on the website a couple weeks ago. The website allows me to select a 26' truck but the next day I am told this is not available. The website also allows me to select add-ons, I choose packing blankets. The day before at 5pm I am called and told there will be no blankets. Why ask me if I want this and then wait until the absolute last minute to tell me it is not possible? Totally brutal.Joel O.
After my trailer rental was confirmed, I arrived to find no equipment at the location. With U-Haul's help, I was eventually able to find the trailer at another location but thankfully had plenty of time to complete the local move. I completed the checkout online. Then the gas station owner didn't want to take the truck since the lot was getting busy. He wanted me to drive another 30min to another location when I already booked to drop the truck at that location. He also proceeded to help 5 other customers with gas and lotto tickets while I was first in line. I even showed the completed confirmation on my phone and he didn't want to validate it and proceed in closing the application with his tablet. Terrible experienceJordan E.

I reserved a trailer yesterday for six hours. First off, the staff didn't help nor had any clue how to hook up the trailer to a car. He rudely asked me to do it by myself. I literally used a YouTube video to do it. The staff didn't do any safety check for lights on the trailer unlike any U-haul I have been to. (Please ask them to send you the photo of safety checks) once I returned the trailer at 5:15pm. They asked me to back up so the trailer goes on the grass (?!) and threatened me if I don't do that they will charge my credit card for extra fee. They also refused to help me unhook the trailer. Again I watched a YouTube vidoe to figure out how to do it. Anyhow, I left the trailer in the parking lot and told them I can't back up nor it is my job. Anyhow, the staff (owner) was super rude and offensive and I was about to have a fight with him. I tried to call the costumer service twice but after half an hour waiting on line no one answered. I just checked my email and I saw they charged me almost 40$ extra for whatever they could make up. Such a fraud and abuse of contract. I will ask my credit card for a dispute and I am not going to rent any equipment from your neighborhood U-haul anymore because it seems you don't have any supervision on your partners and they abuse the credit cards. I am attaching photos of the drop offs. You can find the hours after 20mins of trying to unhook it. I am just so mad that I am gonna file a dispute for my credit card issuer.HAMIDREZA T.

I drove the pickup truck 26 kilometers yet I had to add 15 litres of gas to fill the tank upon return. Clearly the tank was not full when I took possession of the truck in the morning. So while the fuel gage indicated a full tank it was not full. It is your responsibility to ensure the tank is indeed full. I FEEL LIED TO AND RIPPED OFF, MY TRUST IN YOU IS SEVERELY WEAKENED.Robert S.

I payed my rent with debit card, then they charged me the same amount on the credit card ! I asked for refund, 5 months passed now and I still didn't get it !Ali B.
Make sure the reading for gas is correct. Last client did not accurately record how much gas they left, or, the picture they upoaded was not reviewed, and it was a substantial difference ($40.00 worth or over an eighth of a tank). This caused delays for me when picking up the truck and it was busy and I was on a tight schedule.Kurt W.
I reserved a furniture dolly and furniture pads online but the location said they did not have these items. Suggest not having them available to select when booking as I had to make other arrangements at the last minute for a time sensitive move. Was rather inconvenient. Ordered rental of moving pads in the online booking, and was not informed before showing up that they don't have pads available at this location. Declined the SafeMove insurance twice, first when booking on the website and then on the touch screen on site (which froze in the middle of the process), and ended up having to pay for it.raphael C.

My reservation was for online pickup at 8:00 am. When I logged in, the site said I had to complete the pickup with the owner, and that they wouldn't open until 9:00 am. They were open and service was good. The system should not allow online pickup if you have to go to a person, and the opening hours should be corrected.TODD B.

When I decided to change the dropoff location after picking up the truck, the agent at this location gave me a phone number to help with this but I tried three times and was put on hold for about one our each time but no one assisted with this request, ended in ending the call from my side because in two call I was redirected to the wrong agent in different area out of Ontario.muftah S.

Very small parking lot. Guy was busy and just wanted the keys and said to leave. Thought he'd want to do a walk around or count the furniture blankets but no. I was not charged for anything (damage, etc) so it was ok but I think the return should be with both parties in case there is a dispute.Stephen C.
My biggest disappointment with Uhaul now for the last 4 or 5 rentals has been the last minute changing of pick up location and time slot...very inconvenient, costly on the extra gas and available mileage and adds extra stress to an already stressful day/situationCatherina F.

Refilled gas (at the same location I picked up the truck) back to exactly where it was (pictures with time stamps to prove) and was still charged $45 for gas and $30 for gas service fee until I called and complained which is when they realized they tried to scam me. I've rented from uhaul and will continue to do so from other locations but this is very dirty business practice at this location.Avat M.

The previous renter ,must have been a painter, we found paint spots everywhere all threw the vehicle. They also needed to give me windshield wash because it was empty. Very quick and easy pick up and drop off. Very helpful. ThanksDavid C.
When I took the truck it was 3/8 so lil less than half a tank so After use I filled the gas filled back at the location to the same but they charged me $33+ tax extra for no reason Why would they at the store have truck not filled with the gas full tank, coz they want to hustle the customer I asked my money back but he was loud and rude with me as if I did some thing wrong I asked him to go back to the truck to check the dashboard and it was at the same point where I took the truck but he don't want to agree with me coz he wants to make almost $40 Bad experience at this locationMANVINDER S.

The owners were very rude. They did not help install the trailer and did not safety check before I left. Overall a terrible experience. Upon return no instruction where to park. I unhooked the trailer and they asked me to park it in a completely unreasonable place where my level of back up skills was dangerous. They refused to help, yelled, argued and then charged me 23$.
