The trailer was stuck on ice. We were alone to find a way to release it. It took us an hour and my husband has a backache after. When a trailer is reserved you should prepare it to be ready for the customer.

Power steering was dead, brake was long overdue. The truck died while driving almost causing a crash. I could have died or kill someone. Park the truck,call road assistant they sent someone 3 hours later. Had three different person from U-Haul called back to ask where the truck was... After all that you charge me full fucking price.
Gabriel AI did my reservation without any insurance type, and now find out that I am charged an additional 10$ which I did not request. The parking where was the trailer was in 2-3 inches of pure mud (no gravel). If I had not a 4x4, I would have been stuck in mud. I spinned with my Subaru 4x4 pushing back the trailer.
Alain Rtank wasn't max filled at pick up. I fueled at same level but I was overcharged 11$ to fill the tank at the maximum... Check the tank before rental to the next customer
PATRICE PStaff spoke a very broken french (first guy I spoke to) and no english at all. Second guy was comprehensible.

GILLES BLes conditions de route nécessitaient du liquide lave-glace, sinon la visibilité était nulle car la vitre était complètement obstruée par la boue/saleté. Il n’y avait plus de liquide lave glace dans le camion et le capot ne s’ouvrait pas pour en rajouter. La page Assistance routière de l’application ne fonctionnait pas non plus.

paquette jMy initial reservation was at another location for out of hours pickup. When I arriver the vehicule was not available. I called Uhaul and was sent to the rue Dunnant location with a reservation at 5:20. When I arrived, I had to wait 45min for a clerk to arrive and the reservation did not exist. I had to make a new reservation on the spot.
