The two times I’ve used U-Haul, I didn’t exactly have the best experience, let’s just say. The first time, I never got my deposit back, even though I returned all the equipment in perfect condition! After my last experience with you, I was supposed to have a 15-foot U-Haul one month in advance. They didn’t have any available, so they offered me a location that I thought was 20 minutes from my town, but when I saw the address, it was a 1-hour drive there plus a 1-hour drive back. There’s no way I was going to spend 2 hours just to pick up a U-Haul. So they offered me a 10-foot truck and a trailer. I didn’t know the dimensions. I got there and freaked out because the 10-foot truck wasn’t tall enough… and the caterer could only fit two boxes inside, lol. And the guy there told me that, anyway, he couldn’t fit the catering trailer into the U-Haul? So I had to call you back, and then they gave me one more 10-foot U-Haul than I was entitled to. Not only did I have to find another driver for the U-Haul… Anyway, they told me I’d only have to pay for one. But then the guy didn’t know how to apply the U-Haul discount, so he made two contracts🫠… I had to call you back, he explained, and they told me it would be refunded. I got to my old place, and since the truck isn’t very tall, I couldn’t fit some of my stuff inside… we had to play Tetris. My boyfriend called, and they told me it would be refunded and that they apologized for the mix-up. Then I dropped everything off in perfect condition… Then I saw that the payments hadn’t gone through yet. Finally, this week I noticed that four payments had gone through from U-Haul… 🫠 I’m outraged. Not only were you unable to meet my needs, You also caused a major delay in my move. You didn’t honor the agreement we’d made at all. And you didn’t just rip me off
Audrey MI bring the car at 7:53 before the closing at 8pm. Kévin the guy who were supposed to be finishing, i saw him on his skateboard leaving at 7:52 in the street. The guy from the ultramar told me to park another place. So I did it and gave him the Keys back like 7:57. I saw on my bills 20 $ charge in my bill the reason... is late closing... First, I gave the key back before 8pm and It's not professionnal for the guy Who is working to leave before the closing...
Mohamed KThe personal was arrogant, made me run around town to get the drop off. Refused to accept the trailer at the designated location on the contrat changed it to an another drop off location where he asked not to drop the equipment. I had to call U-Haul service number to get help. Nonsense, I have been using u-Haul for many years but this place was the worst.
Samuel RThis branch is terrible. The owner doesn't speak to customers respectfully and doesn't help them.😡😡 You could change the owner or give him a warning for his deteriorating behavior towards customers.
