The truck didn't come with a padlock so I had to drive to Canadian Tire to buy one.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had a Uhaul in my life. Trailer rented had damages all over it. Nobody helped me hooked up the trailer. Train was located at a different location than was indicated on website. Would highly not recommend this location.
MICHAEL AThe person responsible for U-Haul was on a break but the guy from another country at the counter said he was not there and let. His English was very poor. We had to pick up the truck 1.5 hours away at the last minute and his attitude was non challant. I was very stressed that he was not responsible. Good thing the other guy showed up after that and was ok.
Marie-Stella CCalculate in KM and charge in KM instead. I drove 50km, calculated with my phone. The truck said I drove 50 MILES. Then they converted 50 miles into 79 km when I only drove 50km. Will not go there again.
