Service exécrable au retour de la fourgonnette, jamais obtenu un service pareil. Si je pouvais placer zéro étoile je le ferai. J’ai seulement fait 16 km ce qui m’a coûté 20$ d’essence, voyons donc!! Aucun sens, c’est vrai que l’essence est cher en ce moment, mais la ils m’ont fait payer pour la personne qui l’avait utilisé avant moi. De toute évidence il y a quelqu’un qui n’a pas fait sont travail. En plus de la gestion inadéquate, le gars nous accuse de voleurs . Plutôt d’essayer de trouver une solution, il nous insulte sans détour. Ce n’est pas tout, si ont n’aurait pas vérifié il nous aurait facturé 30 km et c’est nous les voleurs. En plus de la façon dont ils traitent leurs clients ils ne prennent même pas la peine de nettoyer leur véhicule. Passé votre chemin si vous voulez vous faire respecter et allez louer ailleurs si vous le pouvez!!

At the pickup location, the clerk spoke very little English or French and gave me a card with a number to call for assistance with my reservation. When I called, the representative was busy with another customer, so I had to wait about 20 minutes for a callback. After speaking with them, I was instructed to go to a different address to pick up the trailer. This was my first experience renting from U-Haul, and it did not meet my expectations. That said, the person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful.
Martin LPoor service in a shady gas service back store, got my truck after waiting 20 minutes for someone to get the key when the truck was already there, guy at the counter didn’t speak French or English, steering wheel was shaky as hell and there was a check engine light on most of the way
alexandre TLes équipements sont entreposés sur un terrain non sécurisé, sans employé pouvant apporter de l'assistance immédiate à un client qui pourrait mal sécurisé sa remorque ou avoir besoin d'aide pour soulever la charge. Aussi, les instructions détaillées devraient être envoyées avant le jour de la location (dès la réservation), qui est souvent déjà très chargé.
Michael DThe office location was strange - in the back room of a tiny service station. The trailer itself was at a different site, which was self serve. The trailer I used had some damage and was missing a wiring harness, which I needed to scavenge from another trailer. Overall, the trailer did the job and the staff was helpful, but the quality of trailer and pick up location were lacking.
