Hi, I am a corporate UHaul customer. This location is very convenient. The business hours of 8:00 am - 8:00 pm are a bit misleading. They are the hours of the gas bar. Upon arrival, it took some time to locate the U-Haul representative, and when we checked in, we just handed the keys to the gas bar attendant. Next time, we will use the mobile app to check in and out. The equipment was clean but in need of servicing. The truck has a substantial steering wheel shake at 40-50mph. The ABS brakes came on when lightly touched at a very slow speed and should be inspected. Regards,
John GNo problem with the location. He actually saved the day because the contactless pick up through the app was a sh$& show. I chose contactless because the location wasn’t open as early as I needed the truck. But the first location I had reserved at wasn’t set up for contactless pickup. I only found that out after I arrived and tried to pick up the truck. Then there proceeded to be the biggest run around I have experienced when renting. During which I got hung up on as one of the highlights and no I wasn’t being abusive. I was promised a discount for the problems that had yet to materialize. Never going to use the UHaul app again for a rental IF I ever decide to rent from UHaul again. It will depend on how getting the promised discount for the issues goes….
Aaron C- il avais des article de canabis dans la cabine cote conducteur. - dans la boite de truck il avais encore des restant de déménagement des anciens personne qui l'on utilisé. - Sa pris 40 minutes pour recevoir les clee du camion et partir car ils aimaient mieu allez fume une cigarette et prendre une pose que de s'occuper des clients. - Si ces votre première expérience a éviter.
Claudy LTrès bon service mais trop loin pour aller chercher équipement elle est pas sur place une personne qui est de l’extérieur très compliqué pour allez chercher équipement dans l’ensemble très bon service avec le personnel
