I was charged $130 for a dolly that I did not use. I never received the dolly, so I shouldn’t have been charged for it.

Extrêmement compliqué pour prendre possession du camion, pas de personne sur place, le commis du depanneur ne parle que quelques mots francais, pas anglais... Appelle la carte d'affaire qu'il me remet, je me fais presque crié après, "laissez mon commis tranquille, je dois travailler" un couple venait de quitter en nous souhaitant bonne chance... Ils avaient eu beaucoup de problème avec cet homme. Manque de respect, s'adresse a moi de façon denigrante, me dit que c'est une réservation, pas une location, qu'il peut louer à quelqu'un d'autre lorsque je pose des questions. Il n'a pas le diable que j'ai réservé, ni les couvertures que j'ai aussi réservé, en me disant j'en ai pas, si t'es pas contente, va louer ailleurs. Lorsque mon gendre s'adresse à lui, ah là il parle respectueusement. J'ai ete chargée mon 39km en milles... Donc un peu plus de 63km... Alors le tarif beaucoup plus élevé que ce que j'ai utilisé. Honnêtement j'ai été complètement découragée. J'ai loué quelques fois avec u-haul... Mais j'ai perdu confiance avec ce cauchemar.
Stephanie RThe pick up was horrible, it took me 45min to get my truck The mobile pick up didnt work, it told me to go inside to talk to someone but there were nobosy to help inside. They just told me to call a number. I had to do the whole process réservation/rental on the phone with the agent.
Valerie LThe equipment was not there when I arrived. The equipment was supposed to be there since the day before. The person however waited until I arrived to call the person who didn’t brought it back. The location of the equipment and the location of the uhaul is more than 2km away which is not practical. I was not able to bring back the equipment out of business hours because the app is completely trash
Mathieu Larrived to pick up the 10-foot truck that I had reserved, including 10 moving blankets and an appliance dolly. When I arrived, neither the dolly nor the moving blankets were available. When I pointed out that these items were part of my reservation, the owner replied, “Well, little lady, go buy one at Canadian Tire and return it after your move.” I found this response disrespectful and completely unacceptable. Because I could not postpone my move, I had no choice but to take the truck. Unfortunately, this vehicle should not even be on the road. As soon as it reaches 50 km/h, the steering wheel shakes violently, creating a serious safety concern. I genuinely feared for my safety throughout the trip. I also had to purchase my own straps to secure my furniture. However, the wooden rails inside the truck, which are supposed to hold the straps, were loose and unusable. As a result, several of my appliances were scratched during transport. I sincerely hope to receive compensation for the missing equipment that was reserved and paid for. I asked the owner why he had not verified the availability of the truck and equipment before my arrival. He told me that reservations are only sent to him on the same day. Honestly, if you want your company to maintain its reputation, you should seriously reconsider having trucks operated from this Ultramar location in Sherbrooke. Disrespectful customer service, particularly toward women, a lack of professionalism, and a serious disregard for customer safety on the road.
