Dealing with the gent at Uncles to pick up the equipment was smooth and he was very helpful. The motorcycle trailer was also well maintained. I would have no issues with renting equipment from this location again. If I was only rating Uncles, it would be 5 stars. My issue was with U-Haul's return procedure - nowhere was it stated that I needed to complete the online return while standing at the site of the returned trailer (I checked the rental agreement afterward - which only states that I needed to complete the return via the app or online). I returned the trailer in the spot where I'd picked it up (they were closed for the day), drove home, and unloaded my truck. I went inside, logged on & went to return the trailer online. Once I logged in, it showed that I needed to be at the site, with the trailer to be able to complete the return! Now I had to drive back to the rental site to complete the return (luckily, it wasn't too far away). Once there, I needed to let it geo locate me (fine). Then the app wanted me to upload a series of photos of the trailer at the return site. The problem is that cell phone reception is very spotty at this location. After almost a dozen attempts to upload photos - this is because part way through the photos, reception would be lost, & all of the previous photos would disappear - the trailer finally photos went through. Then, it wanted another photo of the location itself, resulting in several more attempts. What a crummy return process!!!

Could improve recommendations on which return locations to drop off as there are locations nearer to our address in NH but we didn’t see them as options. Otherwise, equally seamless & efficient returns process.
