Was told to check the van out with the app. App does not work. Had problems even reserving the van. Was told had to take U-Haul insurance even though I have insurances then told I will be reimbursed once returned. Was still charged for insurance. The whole $19.95/day is absolutely false. It is more like $50/day after they add on all the extra charges.
