Know one knew anything not even how to check someone in. They didn't come outside and look at anything. I felt uncomfortable because someone could of took the moving pads or hit the truck or trailer and I would have been blamed.
Woodrow SAlthough the young woman that helped me was new - she was able to get me into a trailer and was very efficient in not taking more time than was necessary. I was very happy about this location since the first location I had the original reservation "discovered" at pickup time that the trailer they were going to rent me was for local only. This caused me to take additional time to travel to this location in Hagerstown. I was disappointed in the Greencastle location but highly please by the Hagerstown location.
