An other great place to rent at uhaul. Friendly and helpfull.

Overall, I had a good experience with U-Haul. The truck was clean, worked well, and the staff were helpful. The only issue was with the pickup location. When I booked the 15-foot truck, I was told it might not be available in Cornwall and that I might have to pick one up from a location about 30 minutes to an hour away. However, the day before my move, I received a call saying the only available truck was in Kingston, which was about a 2-hour drive. I think it would be much better if customers were notified 2–3 days in advance about whether their reserved truck will be available at their selected location. That would give people enough time to make other arrangements or consider different options. Finding out only one day before a move creates unnecessary stress. Other than that, everything went well, and I appreciate the service.

We started out with your Brookdale location and once again, show up and waisted almost an hour to try to get several trailer lights to work. It's the third and last time I deal with that location. They never have working lights on anything. You should look into better fixing things to provide better service. Find a volunteer if you don't want to pay someone to have better customer service. This guy running your second street location is great. You can tell he has pride in his work and his years of customer service really shows.

I required light adapter and had to drive to close by U-Haul centre to obtain They also showed how to correctly chain the trailer

The motorcycle trailer ramp needs to be longer so that you don't bottom out your bike going up the ramp

I asked if I could bring trailer back after hours. Service man said yes. He did not inform me it was a $20 charge for after hours drop off. Had I of know I would have returned trailer in the morning. Not impressed
