RICHARD GU-Haul called me last minute and changed my drop off location. Had to drop it off at a convenience store where there was NO HELP! The clerk was a jerk and the ending process was a nightmare!!! Never again will I let U-Haul change my drop off! Ever!!! If they want to change it, let them go to your house to pick it up!
Linda SI would not recommend the 26 foot truck with full load and auto transport on 6% grades it is underpowered and frankly dangerous downhill unable to keep under speed without heavy breaking.

Ernestina LI got a call before I left that I was given the wrong truck. Additionally, I was told my drop off location was not available and I must drive 26 miles out of my way. I put gas in the tank and was charged for the additional mileage. I should not have been charged for mileage beyond my control.

Joan LI would like to file a claim. I used your equipment and rented a dolly that was meant to carry furniture upstairs but instead it ripped chunks out of my carpet.

Sergio HHorrible experience. The person does not know how to set this up.. was taking a video call help from another person. It took 30 minutes to complete the process before I get my truck key. The furniture Dolly was missing that I requested in my reservation. U-Haul still charged the price of furniture Dolly despite the fact that I informed this agent guy at the start and he acknowledged. The agent can not speak in English makes it very difficult to communicate. Overall my first U-haul rent experience is extremely bad due to the unprofessional behaviour of agents and missing items. Dissatisfied customer indeed !!
Chandan DI was charged $222 for dropping off the trailer here. In Palmdale they told me I could drop it off at any location and then I get charged.

MARK AI returned the trailer two days after renting it. The attendant at the Uhaul lot said we were good to go. Yesterday, my credit card was fraudulently charged by this dealer for an additional $300 for 11 additional days of rental plus insurance. After spending over an hour on the phone yesterday, Uhaul has so far been unresponsive to the problem. No wonder Uhaul has mostly 1 star reviews.

brittany bThe clerk at the gas station kept putting me off to the side and waited on other customers that came in the store way after me. They were purchasing important items like cigarettes and lottery tickets … again while I was kept off to the side. I even waited longer as a customer tried using a debit card that was no good. My time was valuable as I was kept being put aside. Check engine light was on the moment I turned the key. Why have a pick up location in a convenient store?

Diane HThe staff working was completely Unequipped to help me. The employee working didn’t have access to the key and had to call someone else who gave him a hard time about the lockbox code. I was charged for multiple things I didn’t ask for or get and the store told me they couldn’t help me remove the charges from the invoice. It was very disappointing
Jessica JI drive the truck for 10 miles to move a pool table from a friend’s house to my house. He lives 4 miles away. I was charged for 46 miles. I went back the next day and the clerk said that I was going to get a call back from U-haul to correct the mistake. And nothing. This is not the first time I use your company to move equipment. I’m always satisfied. NOT THIS TIME. I WANT YOU TO CORRECT THIS PLEASE
KHALID SMy contract did NOT list this as the drop off location. It listed 3458 West Bell Rd. When we took it there, we were turned away adn sent to another Bell Road location a few miles away- their doors were locked, no one there. I called the UHAUL national line and this CSR told me of this address on Union Hills. I told her that was a few miles away and we would take it there...but that we would be leaving it there, no discussion, no further running around, it was 110 degrees out! She kept trying to put me thru to "scheduling" adn I insisted I di not need to talk to anyone else, I was just taking it to this new address and that was going to be all. She hung up on me. Since this was all on speaker phone, my 25 yr old daughter heard the whole thing. Not impressed with this level of customer service.
Lynn-Ann KWas over charges 200$. Used truck for 2 hours drove 18 miles and was charge for overnight and 90 miles. This location is fraud and shouldn't be able to sell uhaul equipment
Kiauna BIt’s not the location it’s the tedious checkout procedure by phone. There has to be a more efficient way to pick up vehicle by phone! The process took entirely too long!
Kevin MNever go to this 43rd Ave and Union Hills Chevron gas station to rent a U-Haul pick up truck. It took 90 minutes to get a U-Haul pick up truck. This shouldn’t have happened.

John PThis was the biggest mess of a rental that I ever dealt with. First it would not recognize we had a rental. 50 minutes later we finally get the actual truck and when we go to return it, it won't let us return it because it says we need to put more gas in. The truck had a half a tank when we rented it and we were trying to return it with 3/4 of a tank and it would not let us return it until we filled it up.
Matthew FI was at this location for over an hour and a half. I was attempting to return my uhaul that I was requested today, during my move, to drop off here instead of the 67th and Bell location. I got to the new location, charged the extra mileage as well, and went through your online mobile drop off. I then attempted to drop the key off in the box but there was no box. Spoke to the attendant inside who was awesome, the only good part of this is terrible and worst rental experience ever, who stated that they no longer accept uhaul returns and was told by his manager. I then called uhaul and was on hold for over 30 minutes and was connected to a your employee that was helpless and took another 30 plus minutes to even get this process started. Finally traffic control was able to contact the attendant who then had to speak to his boss. Afterwards I had to move the truck to a different location at chevron. I then asked if I would be compensated for all my time that was wasted during my move while my pregnant girlfriend at the time was waiting for my assistance to help move. She was rude unhelpful through the entire call. I would like a call from a manager to discuss discuss satisfaction with this transaction with uhaul.
