U-Haul called me last minute and changed my drop off location. Had to drop it off at a convenience store where there was NO HELP! The clerk was a jerk and the ending process was a nightmare!!! Never again will I let U-Haul change my drop off! Ever!!! If they want to change it, let them go to your house to pick it up!
Linda SI would not recommend the 26 foot truck with full load and auto transport on 6% grades it is underpowered and frankly dangerous downhill unable to keep under speed without heavy breaking.
