If you make a reservation, and you are given an appointment to pickup your reserved truck, then the truck should be there for you at the appointed time. I was told that someone else who showed up earlier in the morning was given my truck. When I said I had a reservation, and an appointment time, that was blown off. Bottom line, no truck. When a truck of reduced size was located, I was sent to a community location that was NOT OPEN. Thank goodness a co located business owner sent us to second location of the community location, and thank goodness the owner opened her shop to help us. Nothing that the UHAUL personnel did helped us at all.

Very tight space , had to back in the trailer luckily I am good at that a guy that has no experience with trailers will fail. Also I had to drop off the trailer on a different location I had booked. Very disappointing I might choose a different company next time for my rental. Had also the trailer for about 12 hours but the rental was only available with a 2 day window. Overall experience very poor.

Dieanna PIt is off the beaten path and there was no visible signage that it was a UHaul dealer. I only assumed it was as they had one truck the size I requested parked on the stree by the auto shop.
SHERRI PIt is an auto repair shop no room for U Haul trucks. Woman that help was very nice.
