Efrain DI was accidentally charged for the $15 safe mover coverage. I rent uhual from this location a few time and they normally ask me about my coverage option during check in. I dont believe they asked me about my coverage option during the last check in. Had they asked me about my option, I would've declined the $15 coverage. Grace JLa atención de la persona fue muy amable pero en realidad lo que no me gusto fue el cargo de gasolina que me hicieron al final de la cuenta. Yo al recoger el camión tenia solamente 1/4 de gasolina pero no me fije que la persona me puso que tenia 1/2 tanque al terminar mi recorrido fui a la gasolinera y lo dejé un poco más de lo que lo había recibido. Mi sorpresa fue que cuando llega mi cuenta por E-mail lleva un cargo adicional de gasolina, Ella al recibirlo deberían de comentarlo y no decirle a uno que todo esta bien.
