I was given broken car that made me wait 90 minutes to check in and i have movers i already had an appointment with them. Then at the checkout the car won’t turn off so then waited again to get someone to take it. It just a waste of time and effort and unfortunately all representatives from you they weren’t helping. Total disaster experience i wouldn’t consider going back again.

Keys were in the wrong boxes, had to wait for help in the cold to get them situated after that it still wasn’t fixed .
DELANEY AThe locker was not easy to find. But the application failed significantly during my return, did not allowed me to take pictures, etc. It took a lot of time to return this unit. I contacted the chat and the service was really bad, they did not replied to my messages. Bad experience, but overall I'm grateful for the equipment, ultimately it helped us out. The last 10% is the 90%, you should focus on the last portion of the experience for better ratings and customer satisfaction.
Moises CMobile drop off only. Was a fine and easy process. Took me awhile to find the key drop off. Big lot so the truck was easy to park.
Carlos SOnline reservations are convenient, however when a location is strictly online, it should be stated as such when searching. Also, I only needed a 10 foot truck, and there was a 10 foot truck at the location, but it was not available to rent in the website/app. I had to rent a 20 foot truck, even though I didn’t need that much. Finally, my last concern, I live I. Ebensburg, PA. I know there is a U-Haul location in my town, it was NOT listed as a possible return location. I returned there anyway, but I am upset that I was charged more. Why wasn’t this location available when I was making my reservation. I should not have to travel 30 minutes beyond, especially when a location is closer. Overall, I use U-Haul often. I feel online reservations have made it more convenient, but there are bugs.

Blair Vthis was a situation where I was scheduled to drop off the truck at a nearby location but that location was unable to receive the truck. Unbeknown to me U-haul tried to get in touch with me about this issue, but they weren't able to do so. The mgr. at the location directed me to a nearby Smart Mart which thankfully did receive the truck. I left the truck with 1/4 more fuel that it had when I picked it up. A refund would be nice.
