I requested to buy tree packs of furniture pads which is 10 dollars each and they said that was just for rent and charged my card 318 dollars for the pads and also they made a mistake on the truck mileage they charging me 488.72 dollars for 328 miles and I only did 40 miles maximum, in total they charging my card 913.24 when the estimated was only about 130.00 dollars, I hope you guys can fix this

Worst drop off location ever! It took us about 45 minutes to get the truck dropped off, there was no signage as to where the drop off area was. We were on the phone with a U-Haul representative trying to help us find out where to drop the truck off for about 30mins....then when this guy finally came out to help us he didn't know anything he said it was his second day on the job.... He didn't know how to check out the truck so I had to do it on the app myself he didn't know where to park the truck he was asking me and then he was complaining about where I parked it because he was saying other trucks couldn't Park it was a really awkward situation he was asking me everything instead of telling me what to do. I already called and complained to U-Haul asking for a discount because this was very frustrating and unprofessional. The little convenience store in front of the gas station that the U-Haul affiliate is working in has no signs or any indication that U-Haul is located there. We had to drive around the back of the building through a little alleyway and found a tiny little drop off location.
