There were obvious splotch marks on the floor of the van, and various issues with the outside as well - and the app to take photos is incredibly frustrating. You can only take a single photo of the entire side! So I couldn’t add that a mirror was broken. So annoying. Then despite reporting it as unclean when I picked it up, they charged me for cleaning!!! I had to put in a complaint to get that rectified.

John KOverall rental service went great, did have trouble checking out the rental on the online checkout. Had to cancel the reservation and have the store rep rebook in person. Wish the operating hours were longer than 4pm. The sales rep was gracious today allowing me to return the rental by 5pm instead. The return was a breeze so love that. Very convenient and easy.
Orvin CEveryone at the store was friendly and helpful. Especially Adrianna. She couldn’t have been more willing to go out of her way to make sure that I was satisfied and taken care of. I will definitely be going back. :)
Debbie MAdriana was very helpful to me. I was not quite skilled with the technology of things. It has been a long time since I rented a truck and she helped me and was pleasant. She also helped me with turning in my vehicle.

Johannes HI can’t remember the name of the gentleman who helped me on Sat 2/17, but he was an absolute pleasure to work with! Please put a sign indicating the drop box for the key return. It took me forever to find, as it’s just a tiny cut out slit in a barred window.
Jacinta CU-Haul scheduled me for an 8AM pick-up, though this location didn't open until 9AM and mobile check-in (thru the app) was not accessing my reservation. During that hour of waiting in the parking lot, it became unclear as to whether a vehicle was going to be made available to me at this location. In trying to understand my options, I spoke with several people in U-Haul Customer Service and in the Scheduling Dept. Most of them were helpful & friendly, though one of the Scheduling regional managers that I spoke with grew frustrated at my questions. She advised me to go to an alternate location bkz a vehicle was not assigned to me at this location & when I continued to ask her questions about this, she hung up on me.
Mutlu BThe online checkout is not fun. Most people are exhausted after renting and returning their vehicles. So I would reconsider the process being too long, laborious, and tedious. Online is probably okay for 60%, but older renters are looking for the more hands-on checkout (especially when one is returning during work hours). Instructing the customer to do it online vs giving them a choice would have been a MUCH WISER if not smarter CHOICE if you really wanted to improve your experience to above 4.0. BTW, I gave a 4 stars because of the availability of the truck at such late notice.

BENJAMIN BWas bit of strange and not very customer service that I could not leave my personal vehicle for a couple hours in the parking lot to use the rental vehicle. Service rep at counter justified it as needing to keep the parking lot clear for the Uhaul rentals which doesn't make sense since the uhauls can move in out of the lot and not be impeded by parked cars. Usually a parking lot is designed to fit the parked cars and also allow for vehicles (cars/trucks/vans) to pass through. Or maybe this branch location wasn't intended or best suited to be operating rental moving vehicles but that shouldn't conflict with cars parking in a lot with parking spaces.

AMANDA YThe van was dirty and disgusting. They had no other car to give me, it created big problem for me for the delivery and on top of it, they had the nerve to overcharge me. I’m done with uhaul at this point.
Eliza SI dropped off the vehicle 2 hours early and the representative said I would receive an email receipt within 30 minutes. I didn’t receive the receipt as promised and I called the next morning. U-haul told me the vehicle was never checked in and because the u-haul location wasn’t yet open, they were unable to confirm the vehicle had indeed been returned. I called the location when they opened and was told the person I left the keys with “must have gotten busy and forgot to check the vehicle in.” She was unable to confirm the vehicle had been returned because they were moving vehicles around but I would receive an email confirmation within 30 minutes. I asked to have the manager (“Med”) call me, but he never did. I ultimately received confirmation later that morning. The service at this location is terrible, very unprofessional.
Kevin DFront staff was not helpful, communicative, or detailed. Gave us equipment and just told us to drop off keys upon returning. Did not communicate that we needed to fill out any online forms. Later find that we are charged a late fee when we only had the vehicle for 2 hours. Called to speak to manager, front staff said manager was not in and that he would give us a call back but we never received one. Called back again and was told the same thing. I just can't trust this location.
Jeanette VHire better employee the customer service is bad the employee act like you are bothering them when you ask them to help you out. This has to be the worst u-haul I've ever been in and to top it of there no parking you have to park at a meter and it's only a two hr parking that means if your move goes over you screwed.

Grace RI did not interact with personnel. The space was very small and after I left my uhaul, there was so space for an additional one.
Tiffany HThe truck was dirty. I don’t know what the standards are, but it was gross. I clicked that it was clean when I returned it, because I didn’t want to get charged for cleaning the grime from the previous users. The mirrors were manual but the associate kept insisting they were automatic, but would not come out to help. Then another associate showed up from break after 15 frustrating minutes and was like “oh yeah, you have to adjust them by hand”. Cool😑. Don’t know if I would rent from this location again, it was the closest unfortunately, so maybe only for that reason.
Sommer FAnnoyed that I put gas in the vehichle, but was charged, then told I would not be charged, then got charged even more than the initial charge they promised to take off. I would fight it but it's too much trouble.
Peter HDirtiest rental truck I’ve ever received. Atticus was great service rep but his manager Cindy is a real piece of work… while expérience was lame. Truck horrible. The owner is Med Gorny and needs to clean up his act or he should lose the franchise.

Peter CWonderful experience. Very fast and convenient. Made a reservation online and able to get a truck for my moving needs in around 15 minutes. Both the owner and the check-out woman were exceptionally nice, kind and helpful. It was a great experience. Made the stressful process of moving just a little bit better. Definitely a bright spot in my day. It was a last minute plan and they helped accommodate beautifully.

I initially made an In person reservation 3 days prior, on Friday when I arrived to pick up truck, they said there was no Reservation, but they were able to manage the situation. The truck Fuel Gage was not working properly . I drove less than mile and it dropped significantly close to 1/2 tank instead of 5/8 and I drove total 9 miles and end up filling 4 gallons to bring it back to the mark.

George GTerrible service. Gave me the wrong key and van and I was in a rush. They didn’t even bring the van out and I had to manpower it out. Left my phone in the first van and came back for it in 10 min and the lady said she didn’t see it. But she did see my contract and throw it ithe trash. So I lost my phone and I am sure it was in the van

Michael MNice customer service. But the fact that there’s no parking- in a mostly permit parking area- makes this location hard to recommend. I had to park and walk back a quarter mile not only losing time with the truck, but also worried I’d get a ticket.

Ron WThere is NO Customer Service, but there is definitely Customer verbal ABUSE going on at this location! The staff is insulting!!! One of the women told me to "Shot the F..k Up and do it yourself"!!! The Van was filthy!!! I wish I could upload some pictures and a video I took to share with whoever cares (please let me know if you would like to view the pics and video). The glass on the dashboard was broken in half, the tire was unsafe to use (a warning sign was displayed throughout the trip), and the turn signal was not working. The car was not washed for at least a month. UNSAFE, DISGUSTING, AND UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Gabriel BEverything was as expected. I would recommend if moving at the end or beginning of the month to get to this location 15-20 minutes before they open in the morning. Takes about 10 min/per customer and there were 8 people behind me when the doors opened.
Carl LFirst cancelled my reservation because I was an hour late. Then charged me for 2 days because I dropped off 10 minutes late. RIP OFF! People were rude, manual check out did n ot work. Never again UHAUL
Mark UThe process of scanning the QR code to drop it off unassisted was not great today. It was pouring down rain and the lot was not covered... I had to leave the vehicle to scan the QR code, and I had already taken pictures of the gas gauge mileage odometer and inside of the cabin and storage area so that I could upload them once I was on the site. The issue of course is that you can't upload existing pictures, you can only take new pictures when dropping off the vehicle so I then had to go back out in the pouring rain get back in the vehicle take the pictures get out of the vehicle in the pouring rain take a picture of the vehicle where it was parked to guarantee the location even though GPS on my phone was activated and my location was verifiable. The solution of course is either to have the QR code on the paperwork / rental agreement, or allow the process to upload existing pictures. Perhaps the most annoying part though, was that when I asked the attendant for help and if it was possible to upload the pictures rather than return to the vehicle through the rain, she really could not have cared less and certainly was not going to lift a finger to help. Not great customer service.

Cheryll WHorrible customer service. Van was given to me with multiple pieces of trash including empty bottles and broken down boxes. Was also given to me with low tire pressure and the emergency tire lite was flashing. Had to go put air in it.

MONA FMy rental truck was blocked in and the staff could barely be bothered to move to let me out. They would only tell me to call U-Haul or use the app and would take no responsibility for the business. Only when I canceled the job did the manager help me, but then I ended up having two pending charges of $91 on my card for the same job. They shrugged and said there was nothing they could do about it. If U-Haul is going to use third party representatives, they still need to be helpful and act as U-Haul employees. Why am I paying the same amount for your services (or DOUBLE in this case) when I have to do everything myself while being “helped” by rude and thoughtless third parties? This was easily the worst experience I have had with any kind of rental service. U-Haul should be ashamed to call itself a business. You don’t have physical locations, you don’t have staff, and you make the customer do all of the paperwork themselves on-line. Why do you charge the same amount (or more) than you did back when you actually helped customers?
John CFirst of all, they didn’t have the van I reserved. I had no choice but to take a truck. The first van they gave me had a lock on the back so they had to change it with another van and because of this I had a trouble returning. My order didn’t show on the app and I had to contact with a customer service to return the truck.
