Byungwoo CThis location excels in EXCUSES: --> It is 5PM, we have not time to show you basic safety features or answer your questions --> warning lights are on and sensor says there is an issue with tires, no one bothers to check - are you waiting for an accident to happen??? --> What is most amazing is that a truck was not even clean; condition was notated, and then upon return your automated system asked if the car was not clean, and YOU CHARGED US! --> The car was given for 20 hours with a warning of a penalty; as if one is found guilty. No customer service whatsoever. --> The one positive thing other than "technology" is the credit issued when we returned the car with a tank much fuller than when we received the car. IN SHORT, there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE (or one of the worse we have ever encountered) and COMPLETE DISREGARD TO SAFETY. If something happens, there will surely be as many excuses as we heard today. NO ONE CARES.
Ari BThe mirror on my truck was broken and it was very unsafe. The truck also had multiple warning lights on on the dash, there was an issue with the tires. I did not feel safe in this car. In addition, I was told to drop off my truck, furniture dolly, regular dolly, and moving blankets on a Sunday morning. I was told to bring the equipment into the store. The store was not open on Sunday, so I ended up having to drag two dollys and an obscene amount of moving blankets about a mile home. It was so stressful after a whole day of moving everything I own. The worst part is I ended up paying UHaul hundreds of dollars more than I was expecting to pay and I don't even know how or why. It was so expensive. I had an absolutely abysmal time using UHaul and will never use it again.
