I was charged for 2 days instead of one. per milage tht I was told over the phone was different than when I wanted to pick up the truck. then it was eventual changed on the contract, however on the return again they charged me the higher rate, even though it was changed on the contract at the pick up time. also they charged me 3 times as much on the environmental fee, as it is indicated on the pick up contract. I had to go back to the shop twice, and the owner told me he will look in to it & will make the adjustments, but he never did.

I was overcharged and there's nobody willing to correct the issue. Someone at the station changed my 1 day reservation to 3 days because the station had to close for two days due to street construction. Uhaul customer service is a disaster !!! Incompetence ! I will never use Uhaul again.

I rented my uhaul from the beverly hills location. When I returned the truck I realized the movers left my 2 white bath towels in the back of the truck. I was heading to work so I didn't have time to go grab them. When I called them to ask about the towels they said they were in the trash. I asked them to grab them and I would pick them up the next day and they were very rude and said that they had customers they were helping and didn't have time-even though I was a customer that had just used their service. I was very disappointed on how unhelpful they were and the fact that my brand new bath towels were thrown out and they did not get them for me to pick up. Very disappointing. I also got double charged 30 and then again 33 and have been on hold for the last 20 minutes trying to get a refund.

Customer Service: Excellent, very friendly, Location OK, parking is only One-way (had to reverse my way out). Vehicle was dirty inside and outside (had a huge dent) The associate should do walk-around with customer, locating previous damages. I had to walk back to the store to double check.

I had every intention on giving this service a 5 star review, considering the accommodating nature of the young lady who helped us at the time of the transaction, condition of the vehicle and success of the move in question .... until I was charged twice for the service, resulting in my being -$133 in my debt account (excluding the overdraft fee that I was charged as a result), thus rendering me incapable of purchasing groceries until my next paycheck. (Thanks, guys. I guess I'll have to learn how to photosynthesize until then.) How could you improve the experience? Easy. Don't play games with your customer's money, because carelessness may very well lead to severe consequences. If your employees are inexperienced and don't know how to conduct a certain type of transaction, or how to properly reimburse funds, make sure that they feel safe enough to ask questions. I couldn't even begin to describe how vexing adding this experience to an already stressful situation was for me. And no, I wouldn't recommend this service to a friend.

The location is not well marked, hard to find and impossible to park. When I asked for assistance it was difficult to receive advice (for instance where to park). There were at least four employees present but the service was very slow despite checking-in in advance. Even after I was given the keys I had to go back inside to ask for the blankets and dolly that I had purchased and then carry them back out to the truck and wait for an employee to move the truck. Time is of the essence on a moving day! But most of all I was charged $20 today for a cleaning fee which is outrageous because I left the truck just as I found it in the lot after hours. This feels like an aggressive scam to make extra money. I do not intend to use UHaul again, there are plenty of other services in my area.

My original reservation made 5 days in advance was never processed. Therefore, I had to make a new one. I asked for a van and when I got to the location I was told they don't have a van for me and that I was signed up for a truck. The truck was too big, very uncomfortable to drive.

After my scheduled truck’s tire went flat as a result of construction, I was offered a cube style truck instead for the same price and same mileage charge as my original reservation. They should know where the truck is so customers don't have to walk around in 100 degree temp. to find the truck! Also, the minute I pulled away from the curb, the check tire light came on. The truck obviously was not looked at after the previous user. There was only one person working at the time and could not leave the office, there should always be 2 people even on Sunday!

We should have been informed that we would have to return it electronically. On Sunday at 12 PM we were there to return it but it was closed. We finally found the box and went online and their website froze multiple times. If we had known, we would have been there much earlier. It took us an hour overall and we were 4 min over and they charged us an extra day. Very disappointed and will definitely not come to this location as we prefer a human

Got completely over double charged. I am extremely UPSET. Everything that I had signed up for I was charged more than double for?!?!?!?!??! I called customer service and was supposed to get a call back in 3 days and have YET TO GET A CALL. I am owed 70$ BACK. COMPLETE RIP OFF AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. TERRIBLE SERVICE THIS IS FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think this is more of a corporate issue than a location issue. When I first got an estimate online it was $95 with insurance and pads and the dolly for two days. When I got the final bill it was roughly $170. I find these extra fees that were not initially listed to be very deceiving and will most definitely impact my decision to go with u-haul again in the future.

I reserved a van 4 days in advance the day I’m supposed to pick it up they gave it to someone else then I call them to ask if they have one there they tell me yes to come quick! I get there sign contract then the owner tells me it’s a 10 foot truck that the van parked out front is for someone else!! This guy has the worst customer service and is a con artist the time before when I rented from him he tried to charge my American Express for extra days I didn’t use. All around the worst service I’ve ever had not to mention attitude. After he gave away my reservation and I asked why his response was “ why you crying over spilled milk! It’s already done just move on!” Just ridiculous

Being charge for cleaning fee and the truck I dropped off is clean. I receive the truck with half tank of gas and returned with over half tank but being charged EZ fuel sales of $7.88. I didn't receive any furniture pads and again I was charged for 5 furniture pads. I called to dispute the charge and they just told me to call 1-800-Uhaul.
