The mirror on my truck was broken and it was very unsafe. The truck also had multiple warning lights on on the dash, there was an issue with the tires. I did not feel safe in this car. In addition, I was told to drop off my truck, furniture dolly, regular dolly, and moving blankets on a Sunday morning. I was told to bring the equipment into the store. The store was not open on Sunday, so I ended up having to drag two dollys and an obscene amount of moving blankets about a mile home. It was so stressful after a whole day of moving everything I own. The worst part is I ended up paying UHaul hundreds of dollars more than I was expecting to pay and I don't even know how or why. It was so expensive. I had an absolutely abysmal time using UHaul and will never use it again.

They charged me unfairly for gas; I called and left a message for the regional manager to call me back regarding my complaint; they never called me back.
Amorce LThe truck had low tire pressure, another warning light was on the dash, the driver’s side mirror kept tilting down, and the QR code and the app were not working to process the drop off. The parking lot is also very hard to get in and out of. The two staff persons we worked with were very nice.
