Customer service was very unprofessional and also dropping off the car was a nightmare as finding the drop off lockbox was in incredibly hard making me miss my drop off window and then charging me more. There is also no one on site on Sundays or someone to contact on the phone if there was a problem which was frustrating.

Do not send me first to a location (1410 Boyd St) 12 miles away after my first location was cancelled and than have me find out that there is no car availability and that place is a horrible location. That entire process was completely unacceptable.

greg JI unfairly paid over $25 for gasoline to fill the tank because the initial paperwork had an inaccurate reading of the gas tank when it was delivered to me.
Payam YI rented a 26 ft truck and the location didn’t have space for a truck that large, so it was parked on a residential street about a half mile away. Instead of giving me a street address so I could simply navigate to the intersection wherevthe truck was parked, I was given a very cryptic, hand-drawn map, and told to “go down Wilshire, turn left on Sherbourne…..etc, but after driving around for what seemed like half an hour, I realized Sherbourne doesn’t intersect with Wilshire; it changes to S. Carson Rd which intersects Wilshire. This debacle happened after I had driven to another U-haul location, half an hour away from the Wilshire store, based on incorrect instructions I was given via phone call. Very frustrating!
