Usually I use the U-haul in Salem Lake, which I love going to people are nice and it's easy to get in and out and I can leave my car there, but something went wrong with my reservation so they referred me to the Pine Street location in Burlington. It is located in a gas station which is fine but the area is small so I didn't feel like I could leave my car there while I used the rental. The woman that I spoke with when I picked up was very nice, however, the woman that was there when I dropped off was rude. She was filling a cooler and made me feel like I was bothering her while she worked. Told me to just throw the keys on the counter and go. I actually called u-Haul to make sure that I was actually shown as dropping it off because I didn't feel like she was going to get around to doing it at any time soon. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The app doesn’t work properly, I had to reach out to resend photos of the truck, both times. The interior of the cab didn’t look like it had been cleaned. It had leaf litter and dirt on the floors.

The truck was full of leaves. There were a couple of loose moving blankets in the back. I folded them up and left them in there. It was also disappointing that I had to drive 15 miles one way to pick up and drop off the truck. The location had moved from the original promised location. (extra miles and extra gas) The lady that called me from U-Haul when I rented the vehicle was very polite and accommodating. That was a great experience. Overall, all still went well, and the equipment served its purpose. I will definitely continue to use U-Haul if I have a need.

We arrived early to pick up the truck and they weren’t able to give us our keys until 15 mins later than our scheduled pickup time. Putting us behind schedule due to their lack of trained associates to check us in and provide the keys. Then the truck was dirty with empty water bottles and garbage from the previous renter. The whole experience was very frustrating.

Everything went perfectly fine, even as a first time user. The truck was clean to a usable state. It was an older truck, so I wasn't expecting a detailed truck. There were some miscellaneous crumbs and whatnot in the cup holder, and a few empty plastic water bottles behind the seat, as well as a previous customer's receipt for the truck. Absolutely recommend for the area.

I checked in online when I got there and then inside the clerk said that it wasn't completed and it was only a little while later that I received the notice that my picture of my license didn't work. Perhaps just a Wi-Fi/phone issue but just an FYI

I was billed just after picking up the truck, right away received an email with an invoice. I called to ask if I could keep the truck a little longer. When I returned the truck, they invoices me again, for a two day rental! When I went back to discuss the double billing that occurred, the attendant said “yah I remember that, your going to have to call U-Haul, sorry about that.” The worst part is if I wouldn’t have looked at the billing they were fine in letting it all go through. Never again….

Nothing, It is really easy to rent from this location and they let me park my car at the location so I do not have to get a ride back home or to the location after renting the truck.

This is got to be the easiest way to get a truck. I’ve rented a truck from them about five times in the last couple of months and it’s really nice if your schedule in advance that truck is ready for you to pick up and they let me park my car there while I’m using the truck so I can bring it back and forth and use my car if I have to extremely happy with this location.

Get a calculator for charges. I was overcharged for services because someone can't add. rate- 29.95 MI- 29.70 Environmental fee- 2 tax- 4.59. Charged $96.19

Have employers do what they say (when told they knew about the gas tank not completely full then ended up charging me for gas) It was reimbursed but was extra time and hassle on my part, plus the employee was very rude about the situation

Mirror cracked, truck dirty, I told them where I was dropping off unit, they messed up the drop off location so they charged me a fee. Won't use u haul again.

We reserved a truck 4 weeks in advance. We were scheduled to pick it up Friday at 5:00p.m., but when we got there, we were told it would not be available until after 8 p.m. That did not work with our schedule, so we picked it up Saturday morning. Also, the Mobile station we had to go into to get the keys smelled horrible and had terribly loud music playing, giving me an instant headache. My parents are moving next weekend, and I told them not to use U-haul.

Basically called worker at 4:30 she told me that they did not open until 7:00am then I used the rideshare got it at 5:30am she was not friendly and kinda standoffish

Please don’t over book at location you choose for the customer and send them to another location. Really inconvenient for the customer

I went about 5 minutes down the road and when I went to put gas in it was about $18 to fill so obviously the previous people did not fill gas up all the way. I shouldnt have had to put in other peoples gas in !! I know I didnt use $18! It wasnt even filled up all the way!!! Made 1 trip and it was about 5 mins down the road.. and I live next door to the uhaul place so me going there and back was literally going to my storage and back to uhaul place.
