This is not a reflection of the location but of the overall experience. The location itself is conveniently located and everything was fine with the trust. My only issue was first when picking it up, I kept getting an error on the app which led to me having to call in.. 30 mins later I was able to get the code for the lockbox. I requested a dolly through the app and got charged for it. I was picking up a dismantled pool table and stones.. after picking up the truck and heading to my destination, I was surprised to learn the dolly wasn't there. I then had to head to a home depot to purchase a dolly. When I was finished with everything and returned the truck I realized in the summary of the charges I was being charged for 3 days though I had the truck for less than 2 days and I was being charged for 3 days of dolly as well. I called it in and the attendant informed me she would be able to take care of me. She was very good at her job and empathetic offering immediate solutions. Only issue is she later informed me that because the charges had not settled I would have to call back. I asked if there was any way you guys could resolve another day without me having to call back and she told me she was off the following day. I informed her I didn't need her personally to take care of it but anyone on her team. She informed me that the way the system works it won't allow for it. I think whenever you have to refer to the way your system works.. there's an issue with the system. I work customer service; this isn't what it looks like. I'm not asking to be reimbursed for the dolly or the miles and gas it took me to get the dolly. The latches for the dolly are not in the truck which means that truck never had a dolly so truly maybe it shouldn't be offered if it isn't an option. I think there's some work to be done here. There should be an option for followup on your part without the customer needing to waste more time calling you or writing this up. I hope this helps. Truly do. I do like uhaul as a company.

I booked furniture dolley it wasn’t there, then customer service sent me another location, she said they have but they also hadn’t. There was only phone number for this branch but he didn’t answer. It was terrible experience. Never go this one neverrrrrr

The cost at this place turned out to be quite expensive, considering that I used the car for less than 3 hours.

I spoke to someone the day before who then sent an email changing my pick up location. I flew in, took an Uber to the location only to be told my truck wasn’t there. I spoke to U-Haul who informed me that my truck was at the original location. Since I didn’t have a vehicle I walked the mile and a half to the original location. U-Haul failed miserably.
