See Case #53786595. On 7/3/25 I was told by Courtney I would receive a phone call from a manager within 48-72 hours. I explained to her if I did not get a call (2nd time I requested) that I would dispute bill with Amex. Did not get a manager to call me and gave me $50.00 credit--not enough. Now In dispute with Amex. ALL you had to do was CALL ME. Very unprofessional.

The staff was friendly but absolutely did not know how to navigate the U-Haul software for check in. I actually had to do it for them, which was troubling.
CLIFTON JVery tight and cramped location. If I had returned the rental with the rv I would never had been able to maneuver in the parking lot. The associates were outstanding during the check in process.

Monique GNo key drop box. No uhaul signage. Just a couple uhaul trailers behind an abandoned fast food restaurant next to a gas station. The gas station clerk took the key but didnt seem to be the actual uhaul person? Very sketchy and not at all easy or comforting.
BENJAMIN DThey obviously had no idea what they were doing. We arrived to drop off the trailer and the attendant had no idea how to take off the trailer. He told us to go to another location to do so, and they kept sending us to other locations. Basically wasting gas and about two hours of our time. They should not have any uhaul business if they have no idea what they are doing. Extremely frustrating.
