Called to let them know I was goin to be a little late. When I arrived I still have to wait 45mins for them to unload the truck that someone had used before me. I asked for a hand card was told I wouldn’t be charged for it. I was charged and the hand cart didn’t work at all. Then I was charged for the use of gas after I put gas back into the vehicle. I probably will not be using this location again.
